Ingredients:
For Paneer Tikka:
Mustard Oil - 2tbsp
Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Coriander Powder - 3/4 tsp
Garam Masala- 1/4 tsp
Roasted Cumin Seed Powder - 1/2 tsp
Black salt - 1/2 tsp
Chat Masala - 1/2 tsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp or to taste
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1/2 tbsp
Lemon Juice - 1/2 tbsp
Roasted Gram Flour/ Besan - 1/2 tbsp
kasuri Methi - 1/2 tbsp
Curd - 1/3 cup
Paneer 150 gm (cut in cubes)
Capsicum - 3 tbsp (30 gm)
Onion -4 tbsp (40 gm)
Tomato -2 tbsp (deseeded)
Oil - 1tbsp (to cook)
For Mint Mayonnaise :
Green Chutney - 2- 2.5 tbsp
Mayonnaise - 3 tbsp
Bread Slices (white or brown)
Cheese (any ) I have used Pizza & processed cheese both ..

In otg we have to keep in centre rack and which rod should be on
In centre rack for 7 mins or till cheese melts & then if you want to give colour on bread , you can place it on upper rack but carefully.. lower rod for middle rack & upper rod for upper rack
