      It will last 5 days in the refrigerator. You can also freeze it, but it never lasts long enough in my house.

      Welcome! I consider myself a combination of Fuhrman and McDougall. I don't cook with oil but include nuts and seeds in my food. I provide substitutions for people who don't eat nuts. I also eat tofu and soy!

      I’m doing 50/50 plate until I lose my weight. I’ll add nuts and seeds later. Trying to keep the fat low. In 2024 I went WFPB. Then Covid hit and had to work remotely. I gained some weight but my husband and I are back on the program.✌️thanks for giving us the no nut option.

    Hi Kathy! This looks like a great dressing. I love basil! Do you think this would freeze well if I don't finish it before going out of town?

      Yes, it does freeze well. You need to allow it to thaw in the refrigerator overnight. You may need to blend it again before using it.
