I'm Molly, a typical sushi, makeup, and fashion loving millennial girl who just so happens to be blind! I was diagnosed with Retinitis Pigmentosa at just 4 years old and began public speaking at age 5. I started just doing motivational speaking, but now I make videos and even model! Even though I can’t see, I know that there are bright spots in everything we face. Let’s find them together. 💕

I just have a question ... he is blind i know but blind doesn’t mean completely, right? What can he see and what not ? Cause he could see his fingerprints on her face that’s why I wondered
@@amyfluffyfluff880 They explain in this video when they talk about how they have half an eye between them. He's completely blind in 1 eye and has very limited vision in the other. He can see colours and use zoom to see some things. He can basically see things very close in 1 eye. So he has no depth perception.

He did such a good job and took his time and really tried and was soooo gentle. I hate those boyfriend does my makeup videos where the boyfriend just acts silly and like every straight bone in his body is too manly to be able to apply makeup well. I haaaaate those videos lol so this was refreshing and really sweet.

Emotions are not something that we see, but feel, I think our body express it in kind of the same way. Smiling when happy, crying when sad.. so even if they are blind it's shows threw their body language with eyes and all. As sighted we notice it that way, but you can hear it also in the way they speak, listen, touch each other...
Yah! I think it's more of like body language, leaning in and stuff. They're super into each other so it just shows :)

I also just love that they have an understanding of each other’s blindness. Like when Molly holds the brush up to the light to show him the angle because she KNOWS that’s how he’ll see it. It’s sweet.

I'll tell ya the truth. He did great. Could have done a little more eyeliner and mascara. Crease on one eye could have used a little more blending. Everything else was perfect. I wouldn't say he did better than you, just different than you. You look great both ways. Practice crease blending for next time, but otherwise, he could do your makeup anytime.

@@Baileybrooke2010 Not at all. He did great! She was annoyed that her Mom was only saying it was great so I told what was. He did an amazing job and her skin looked so great. Lil practice and he'll be the best makeup artist right in her own home!

That’s just so funny. I did chuckle to myself. My blind husband occasionally wears makeup for his day job as he works in television and media, and he does apply it quite well apparently but I still wouldn’t let him loose on my face. Smile.

He also has a million dollar voice, has done sweepers for radio stations, does voice overs plus sings and plays piano @mikeplayspiano. His eye condition is Lebers Amaurosis.

The only thing I didn’t like was the negative comments about how it would make you mad if he is better- be supportive instead , realize not only does he have the ability to asses some of his work he also had someone telling him step by step instructions. I am dyslexic, and my handwriting was ok but I had one teacher in 3rd grade that would make me read all my work to her because she wouldn't read my hand writing. I was worse when she shamed me for it.
