I think I'm most irritated by the blatant favoritism shown upon mentioning her RUclips status. The same level of care should go into each and every pair of shoes created. It's so disheartening when brands send nicer products to influencers but don't care what the "average" customer receives. I absolutely love Molly and I'm so glad her issue was sorted out in the end but her influencer status should not have to be brought up in order for the situation to be resolved.

They refused an exchange and would only do a refund after they got the shoes back, and then I could reorder again for myself. I returned them and bought from Vans. Screw converse. Oh! And I had to contact them for my refund after they got my shoes because they didn’t give me a refund!
Ive already been mad at them cause I cant custom make Pride shoes from them because they dont make WIDE shoes. So prejudice of them! I didnt ask to have a wide bone structure in my feet. I was born like that!

I have had the most difficult and most painful customer service experience of my life when I had to order customized Nikes for work. I’m an event coordinator and we planned an event for a bunch of CEOs and executives and we planned for their welcome bag to include a customized Nike Air Force ones..... I had the same experience that Molly had but x80... because I had to order 80 shoes. Tbh I ended up crying on the phone with my “Melissa” and no one from Nike would even help me. It was connecting calls putting me in circles. Or saying it wasn’t their fault.

For your peace of mind, I work for Nike World Headquarters here in Oregon (who own Converse). Most of those shoes that can't be sold are sold to employees for a very discounted rate. So they were not likely destroyed!
I hope your company is taking notes and doing fixes/improvements on the website, the information gathering for shipping, and in the quality control for the products.

I'm a web developer and accessibility is SO important. I have a screen reader at work that I turn on and use to test our website. It's surprising a lot of the "easy" things you can do (for example, alt text) that make such a huge difference.

@@Alena-cq1ze My thinking: The first order was sent back to Converse by UPS, the shoes with the spelling issues were the ones Mesa ordered (second pair) and were able to be redelivered because they were still at the delivery terminal in Molly's town when she called them, then the replacements for those were the first pair that made their way back to Converse and were likely looked for and found. Considering how fast the second replacement pair was received, I highly doubt Converse could have pulled that off without already having a pair made. Converse had stated previously that they can't pull up details of a custom order after it is completed, so how else would they have been able to "remake" the "third" pair of shoes without them having to reorder again?
I am a blind Viewer so I personally can’t see them but I love Converse so I would definitely buy them!!! Managed to get mesa’s name on the package
The first time she has to remake the design, but the second time everything was perfectly fine
It shipped WAY faster the third time
Third order was likely the first pair of shoes that they bothered finding in their panic to save their reputation with a popular RUclipsr.
I thought the third time was just the second order mesa recreated being resent by UPS after the second failed delivery since they hadn't returned them to sender yet like the first ones.
@@Alena-cq1ze My thinking: The first order was sent back to Converse by UPS, the shoes with the spelling issues were the ones Mesa ordered (second pair) and were able to be redelivered because they were still at the delivery terminal in Molly's town when she called them, then the replacements for those were the first pair that made their way back to Converse and were likely looked for and found. Considering how fast the second replacement pair was received, I highly doubt Converse could have pulled that off without already having a pair made. Converse had stated previously that they can't pull up details of a custom order after it is completed, so how else would they have been able to "remake" the "third" pair of shoes without them having to reorder again?

I think gray is a “shark color” and blue is more cute and friendly, which is how we tend to perceive dolphins compared to sharks.
