I had to choose between standing up for my human rights or losing my job… I stood up to tyr@nny. I lost my teaching job, my wife, my children, my home and livelihood. Everything, because I made a stand not only for my children BUT FOR ALL CHILDREN! ‘A Perfect Storm in Paradise’ by Sean O’Cearbhaill.
I thought this would be awful but actually it was interesting to see David put in an awkward position with hard questions. He's up front and honest that he's not well informed or very interested. so fair enough like. He is what he is.. and he's a brilliant comedian.
He should be a politician he'd fit right in, says and does everything thats allowed. Slags off the church, full marks. Graham Leneham will be held up as a hero one day. And all these people never stood up for him, cowards.
At least he is honest about it - more than most. I love his honesty and humour and he does not pretend to be anything he isn't. Wish there was more comics like him in Ireland.
@@AidanKillianComedian he isn't honest though, he just says I don't know anything, gets him off, but has he never read a history book? All that private education? Gulag Archepligo is a manual on how to stop communism, and the first thing is to speak out, do not go along with it.
I’m far from Bill, but thanks for the kind words. Dave is his own self. We see things differently but he does agree that people should be able to talk with different opinions so that’s a positive thing.
I was a big fan of his street attacks on people in the 90s, until I saw him have a go at a couple of junkies who just didn't have the capacity to come back at him. Too far below the belt. Years later I saw him very drunk and trying to keep up with P.J. Gallagher who was holding court in the VIP tent at Electric Picnic. I was embarrassed for him. Then I begrudgingly admitted that The Savage Eye was probably the best comedy to come out of Ireland. Since he got onto social media I watch him all the time. His observations are bang on and incredibly funny. It would be great if somebody had the balls to put him back on TV.
this is hilarious. so much unintended alan partridge and david brent. "So, David, what do you think of [what I want to talk about]?". I thought it was a deliberate thing when people started walking out. Turns out it wasn't. Fair play to McSavage who does his best to signal "jeeesus, I know nothing about [insert topic]" but no..that's not picked up. Watch til end. comedy gold.
Thank God for men like graeme Lenihan. If he didn't raise the awareness he and others did, the freaks would be running rampant right now. Strong men and women make good times
Been watching David for the last month or two. I am starting to believe that he is one of the greatest free thinkers and comedians we have. Tommy Tiernan was always number one but I think I am liking David a lot better.
This is so weird, David doesn't know enough to talk about what was asked and it got awkward because he didn't wanna talk about certain subjects. I think more should be like David, if you don't know enough about something then don't speak.
Aidan, I would have got into his alcoholism. He comes from a very privileged backround so it would have been interesting to find out how he became addicted and how he got sober.
Jez,,,,,, used to think he was "edgy" "pioneering " unbridled bravery! But....he's a coward, beyond believe, hiding behind the jokes, playing stupid..badly. Its sad..... now the bull mick is based on a character or person he met.?. just to distance himself furthermore from his sucess. Its sad. Weak and disappointing
Have you counted the amount of derelict buildings being kept empty Aidan? before your "them coming over here" shite?. AND.. If there were no refugees suddenly.. do you think really that magically we'd all get cheap available housing? From FG/ FF? DO ONE!!
@MrMookRecords because it didn't happen...irish emigrated LEGALLY and had to work really hard and weren't put into a 4 star hotel rent free upon arrival
Fair play to Aidan. Courageous man. David is more comfortable hitting the easy targets like the Church.

McSavage is the funniest man in Oreland .. love him. He's light years ahead of others. Love your channel!

He's had a private school education; his shtick is limited to that
Aiden - Ireland's Bill Hicks. Is McSavage awoken or is he pretending not to be?

Thanks for exposing another Andrews

Who is this aiden healy ray lad ?
Love your videos an the work ya do. That Savage chap making fun out of a serious issue, instead of telling his straight serious opinion

Unbelievably hard watch

Bend the knee tommy😂😂
Glinner is more of a free thinker.

Cant face the reality that he is wrong on so many issues, much closer in personality to his cousin than he realises, the joke really is on him.
Explain your reasoning
David is King!! He doesn't give a shite about peoples opinions, and say it as it is.
Aidan, I would have got into his alcoholism. He comes from a very privileged backround so it would have been interesting to find out how he became addicted and how he got sober.
@@yumorules damn! You are so right. I wish I did
He became addicted by drinking and he became sober by stopping

Hardest interview yet by a long shot
