The playing of this piece was absolutely magnificent. I have watched your piano playing on Op. 3, and Op. 6 and you are absolutely wonderful player. The Sonatas are Clementi are absolutely underrated, and they need way more recognition as they are beautiful pieces, and your videos are one of them which just make the piece special.
My goodness! You have to tell me how many hours you practise to achieve this outstanding state, for i will do the same. Truly, you are one of a kind❤️. That part from 1:38 till the end, so refreshing for me personally, but overall the entire piece is absolutely breath-taking and the deliverance is, hand down, Magnificent.
Wanshanborlang thank you so much ☺️ i dont practice a lot these days, as i am busy with teaching, probably 1-2 hours/week. Most of the practice was done in my youth, probably 8-10 hrs/day 😉. However, i think aural skills and critical listening are more important than practicing non stop.
Thank you for your accurate and very appropriate interpretation. I'm learning this piece right now and I didn't get exactly what spirituoso was. I understand it very well now 😉. I've searched on youtube for this piece and I've found other interpretations that were so "squarish", as if classical period had to be serious matter and it just sounded long and uninteresting. You on the other side tell a story, your playing is charming and it doesn't seem long at all. By the way, do you have the two other movements adagio and allegro on youtube ?
I am learning this song, but it is so hard for me I am in grade 5 now ,do you think this is easy?how long did you practice for this song ?That is fantastic 👏
Hazel Nguyen Pianist thanks! I like that one too (orchestra version) but was thinking of doing a movement from 3 first as a starting point (the one you played)
I think it's just a translation differenece: sonatina is italian, sonatine is french or German i think. In conclusion is the same thing but since Clementi was italian it's most likely for his works to be referred to in italian.
I've just started learning this and ahhh my version sounds like a wonky children's song and yours like a masterpiece hahah. Aspire to play like you!
This was a London College of Music Grade 5 piece I had to play back in 2002 when I was 12.. Brutal!
Im currently in grade 5 and 11 and has been doing this piece
How do you play so softly, gentle, and fluffy?
use grand piano + echo wood room
and use pedal a little bit
Fluffy ❤
This is my favorite piece of Opus 36. Well done! I’ll be sharing this with my students.
👏👏👏👏👏

你是外國人嗎?❤
Em cũng đang tập bản này. Cứ tập đến bài sonatina nào của Clementi là em lại mở video của chị lên để tham khảo theo

Love it! Is there an all three movements version?
Nicely Done! I love giving this piece to my students but it was hard to find someone playing it properly. Well, not anymore. =)
Thank you very much
Lovely playing! Do you have a favourite out of these 6 sonatinas? :)
Peter Hontaru - Piano Progress the sixth one 🥰 i think it is as good as a mini piano concerto. It is so orchestral, and string quartet like
Hazel Nguyen Pianist thanks! I like that one too (orchestra version) but was thinking of doing a movement from 3 first as a starting point (the one you played)
Please, could you make the video with Chopin's Grande Valse Brilliante op.18 :)
Wery good wery nice.
Super!😊
Thank you 😍
:)
Nicest music in my life
How it is so smooth?
For some reason in my book it says SONATINE not SONATINA
