Whenever I hear or play Clementi it makes me happy. It reminds me of my childhood when I would hear my older brother playing these and then myself playing them. Love it !!!
Wow. I remember playing this. Fantastic. I miss it. I am playing again after about 15 years away. It's coming back faster than I thought but not sure I'm ready for that one! Thank you.
Profesor , toca muy hermoso . Actualmente estoy trabajando en esta pieza y es una de mis favoritas, para Sonatinas Clementi es mi autor favorito. Gracias por subir este magnífico material ! :) Saludos !
I'm playing this piece for a concert so I have to listen to different people playing this piece.☺️(I don't know that the tempo was like what the man is playing now 😐)
I guess I’ll be watching this for the next few months learning this piece.. Day 1: Learnt first 12 bars of first movement (without dynamics of course) Day 14: Learnt half the piece at half the tempo Day 21: Learnt the whole piece! Time to add dynamics Day 30: Learnt the first and second movement, still adding dynamics 5 months later: My teacher passed me for the first and second movement (yay). Now I'm working on the 3rd movement. I can play it slowly, but I want to fix dynamics and articulation before I get it up to speed.
0:33 isn't wrong, some sheet music just has different variations. For example, in my experiences, I've seen different variations of FUR ELISE and MOONLIGHT SONATA 2nd and 3rd movement
I am going to check this once I get home. It sounds different. I was kind of freaking out because I thought I was playing it wrong maybe its written different?
This, I am a beginner! Its amazing. And a great example to hear. Please keep playing. Your amazing. Can’t describe to good you are. I look up to you now :)
I played this piece, it's not very difficult but at the same time, it's satisfying. The sort of thing you learn after practicing piano for a few months. It's a nice distraction, certainly more entertaining that playing Hanon exercises.
Superb playing thank you so much. Such a pleasure to watch and listen. We also use your videos for helping kids learn clementi's pieces it's so well executed.
Clementi was technically not a composer but rather a music publisher and a piano builder. During the classocal era of music, he wrote technical legato style to test the full range of the pianos he built. To test his pianos which we really harpsichord, he would use his “Sonatinas” to see the range of sound, and legatos as if using a sostenuto pedal that came later in 1840s. Before the sustain pedal, it was “una corda”. So Clementi was in the right mindset and a century ahead to create a “legato” writing that would sounds “together” as if the sustain pedal used
The Indie King Don’t worry. Just play with metronome and don’t make up the fingering and don’t be stiff and don’t make the left hand louder than the right hand and you’ll be good.
But even if I memorized when I was G4, it's more harder than you think. I practice this piece for 6 months...T-T The first mouvement : Spiritoso. The second mouvement : Un poco adagio. The last mouvement : Allegro.
Brano che rievoca ricordi. L'ho ripreso in mano ultimamente e ancora riuscivo a suonare il primo movimento da quanto mi ci ero dedicato all'epoca. Ora non rimane che ridefinirlo tutto perfettamente come una volta ;)
Wow your videos really helped❤🎉I am learning this piece right now doing first movement can do it pretty good now. When I finish the first movement I will send it to my channgel❤😊

For thoose who practice this, remember that is barocco sheet and you dont need to play in that fast tempo, better to play slowly but more beouty

I thought I could play this but I had no idea THIS was the tempo. lol
Dylan Haskin this guy plays all the pieces faster than a learners tempo
It’s easier if you play slow first. That applies to basically all piano pieces.

My piano teacher also had faith in me learning to play the spirituoso ten years ago. However, she set the speed to 92 bpm. That helped.
lol
