Ypu dont need no plug in for any of this. It's all trial and error. Plug in or not. It's a matter of finding the insta buy price and insta sell. Buy for the lowest +1gp and sell for the highest -1gp. Flipping easy
Unless it's something with low buy limits, like seeds are 1k limited. Seeds constantly swap price with flipping, ranaar seeds can be 5k but in other days can 20k. I always stick pile and get rid at a high price.
