I recommend checking out Mono Neon, if you haven't already. He mainly plays with the band Ghost-Note, but is great even on his own. Like Sonny, he's left-handed and plays the bass upside down. I believe he recorded a bunch of yet-to-be-released stuff with Prince.

This particular Rhythm section is one of the best renditions of CORY WONG -- I know what I just wrote doesn't really make sense. But what I am tryna say is: the drummer is just wow, and with the bassist, I am like -- this is the best rhythm section I have heard playing with Cory Wong, and that's saying something, because he is always playing with lit players.
I take it all back -- there is no better, best -- like I can compare this to Vulfpeck? It's all so good.
