A friend pleaded guilty, after the prosecutor said that the other defendant would testify against you, he said so before the judge, but it was later found that the other defendant was not on the witness list and that he would not testify in the first place, but rather told the prosecutor that the crime did not happen
That's not the only problem, there was a report that had to be handed over to the defense attorney before sentencing. It was submitted to him only a day ago and contained false evidence (which could prove false) but what is the correct appeal
Without both the attorney and the client reviewing and having copies of the discovery and not filing a motion for dismissal and a motion to suppress I would fire my attorney on the spot!
Excellent information. Defense attorney is one of the world's most important jobs. Give all innocent clients the most vigorous defense. Don't get guilty clients acquittals; do, however, ensure they receive a commensurate punishment.
My sister has been into the drug scene her whole life (she's 37 now). Somehow she's never been arrested but a couple of weeks ago she got arrested for beating up her ex boyfriends girlfriend with a ball bat. Hit her in the head 3 times sending her to the hospital for stitches and hit her boyfriends arm once with the bat. She has 2 charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. With her having a clean record what do you guys think she's looking at? She is in florida by the way

What if I am on diversion for battery and resisting then caught 2 counts of battery on a police officer dui and resisting . Is it mandatory ?
