This is the reason all cops are seen in a horrible light. The cops can lie but if you lie to a cop that’s a crime. Qualified immunity needs to be abolished! A restraining order is more to keep fathers away from their children. The kids are used as pawns. All cops are not there to protect and serve the public. They’re there to serve and protect themselves and their interests.
Court: Feds Need Warrant for Device Searches at Border Steve Lehto
Border protected? HAHAHAHA
Notice people are not walking blindly down the street staring at their phones. The few that I have seen looked like Americans.
OMG!! I wish I’d known about this! I live in Florida ( Gulf Coast) and this happened to me about a year ago! I blew a 0.00 3 times BUT was still arrested. I’m an older woman that when this happened my “ what am I doing out at 9:00 pm”. ( was his initial question). I was happy a mile down the road from my house with my dog turning into the laundry mat with a full vehicle with nothing but my clothes and dog. I could be your poster child!
Thank you so much for this information!
***Shall not be infringed***
Seize??? The word you are looking for is theft. Taking something that doesn't belong to you =theft. Your welcome.
Tobacco is 21 in florida, not 18.
I chose to keep my license. Its just easier when dealing with officers, allows me to carry in a lot of other states, and they can't say im illegally carrying it because i dont meet the eligibility requirements.
very vague and I don't think she's actually up to date on every Florida law
Great information , should the defendant refused to sign the paperwork from the police officer? thank you
If you are stopped by law enforcement for any reason and you have an i phone, immediately turn the phone off. Now you cant be forced for your finger print or face to unlock the phone. After boot up, you can only initially unlock your phone with your unlock code. They are locked out. You state you don’t remember the unlock code. If a judge orders you to unlock it, speak to your lawyer first for advice.
Good work
Imagine that. A cop lying and being deceptive even with an attorney on the line. Then turns off the camera. What do they have to hide?
Thanks for clarifying the list of infringements on our 2nd amendment.
I wouldn't want you speaking on my behalf. You could put a cup of coffee to sleep.
The legal age for possession and purchase of tobacco is 21, not 18.
All I see is a over egotistic racist prick who can't control his life, his emotions definitely has a God complex who some day will end up getting hurt or someone else
So if they are a convicted felon they should still be in jail. If they are released that means he is not a felon anymore period. This is bs . Tyrant attorneys and lawyers and Florida
Shall not be infringed period no federal law or state of Florida law should infringe on my rights according to the constitution that Florida tramples on. Florida tyrannical state does not follow the USA constitution.
Castle Doctrine + Stand Your Ground
Red Flag laws are illegal! They offer no Due Process.
Great video!! These LEO were relentless, I felt overwhelmed just watching it. So I understand how your client felt. She ended up going against the advice of her lawyer and signed without even reading it. No matter how how many times you are told to not to sign anything without reading it and to not trust the police this still happens and people's lives are damn near ruined. Going forward I will refer to this video if ever in a situation like this. The ending was soo satisfying
Florida is a permitless, carry state the only thing right. A concealed weapons license is good for is traveling to other states that owner, the florida concealed.Weapons license
You cant conceal carry in a car you cant conceal cary while driving by a school or federal building without a permit so its not that all right
How's all that open carry working for you?..
@mccjoe01 fishing camping hunting we can. But I would not want to open carry anyways if it was legal anywhere. But I am not against open carrying.
If this cop is not out of the force yet, he's gonna kill somebody...and if he does, the police department, the city and all related public legal institution will be liable for this office's action. I'm sure the department supported his action here and found no wrong doing. This is preposterous. This reinforces a statement made by a white supremacy that black people have no rights that white people are to respect. As soon as the white cop walked in and saw the first black man, he attacked him....proving this axiom that being black is equal to being a criminal. Sad.

So, from 1776 all the way to 1968, it was only Bl@ck people, indi@ns, native indi@ns, cathlics, and people who didn't pledge allegiance to the Constitution was banned from possessing firearms And today them same laws would be racist and discriminate But todays time after 1968 any felon with a gun is now the criminal and is the escape goat for the law makers and the police and their chiefs and sherrifs for NOT fixing IT and DIDNT want to but wanted to FU€K IT UP MORE!... In 1960, the imprisonment rate in america was 600,000, and after the 60s, in the 70', the prison rate went to 1,600,000 people in prison 😳 🤔
I think this clears up a lot. Thank you for making this information FREE. 🇺🇸🫡
I hope you sued them
They did not even look at camera footage to see what happened crazy
Wow this is aweful
Such a horrible Leo, anyone think this tyrants parents would be proud of their sons behavior?
If you really want to help Florida Citizens and educate them on Florida gun laws, here's what you need to do. You need to have seminars for the police and sheriff's departments and have them taught this law in the academy. 790.25 "Lawful ownership possession and use of firearms and other weapons" (3) "lawful uses"(h) "a person engaged in fishing camping or lawful hunting or going to or returning from a fishing camping or lawful hunting exposition." The ability to legally open carry while hunting, fishing is in the Florida Statutes under title XLVI crimes. I am tired of getting harassed by the cops and having to educate them about the law. Part of these Statutes also gives cops the right to open carry. The only ones that seem to understand this law are the Florida Wildlife Commission officers. So maybe you could do a seminar or a video and teach these idiot cops to stop harassing open carry citizens who are doing it within the Florida Statutes. Thank you.
Well said
Why educate them on Florida law. These ignorant lawyers and attorney go against the USA constitution they are tyrants

Anyone wondering about Florida Gun Law changes, must watch this video. Really clear explanation of Fl's new gun laws and important timestamps: 08:57 for who can't carry (there are still lots of restrictions!), and 26:31 about open carry still being illegal. Saved me from a lot of misconceptions. Thanks for keeping it factual! 👍
Its legal for a felon to possess a antique or replica of black powder gun so yes a felon could get a ccw permit as long as its not classified as a firearm.
Open carry is only legal in florida when fishing or hunting. Don't push it only open carry under fishing if in a boat
the GOA (Gun Owners of America) took Florida to court for open carry (August 2024), Governor did not want to fight it and said he would sign a bill to allow open carry if the bill came across his desk. Ben Albritton who is the Florida senate president (republican) has said that he will not bring a bill for open carry. the State of Florida did not show up in court and so the state of Florida forfeit the case (the GOA wins) and is currently waiting for the judge to rule in the case. The judge in the case has not set up a ruling on the case as of November 2024. the GOA sent the governor a cease and desist letter which is "a formal written request sent to an individual or organization to stop an activity that the sender believes is unlawful, infringing on legal rights, or causing harm" (vanguard attorneys)
Fishing, Camping, Hunting, to a shooting event, to and from, and yes open carry IS LEGAL fishing from land. Here are the primary exceptions to Florida’s open carry prohibition: Hunting: Individuals engaged in lawful hunting activities can openly carry firearms. This exception ensures that hunters can carry their weapons safely and accessibly while in the field. Fishing: When participating in fishing activities, individuals are permitted to open carry. This includes traveling to and from fishing locations, provided the firearm is securely stored during transportation. Camping: Open carry is allowed for those who are camping. This provision helps ensure personal safety in remote areas where law enforcement presence may be minimal. Target Shooting: Engaging in target shooting at established shooting ranges or private properties where shooting is lawful allows for open carry. This exception is essential for gun enthusiasts who practice shooting sports.
@@FLsheepdog1 you are currently correct but it is about to change since the August 2024 court case. please remember that it has not changed yet and we are waiting on the judge to announce his decision on the case which the State of Florida lost.

You're forgetting camping. It's going to, during, and returning from, camping, fishing, or hunting. You have to be careful with this law. You can't stop at a store or some other place open carrying. That's not allowed and can be charged.
The exact process this dude described happened to me last week. They said they would give me my phone on Monday, it's Thursday. It's very intimidating, and embarrassing. Unfortunately, I'm a normal person that can't pay a shit ton of money for a lawyer to get my $1200 phone back.😂
its amazing how we live in a world where you can be a victim of someone elses mistake and you pay the price.
