Thank you for this video. I’ve been seeing placement fees on each individual product on my inventory lab which has me confused if that what this low inventory fee is. As when I ship to Amazon FBA I pay shipping and another fee for where ever it’s being shipped like the placement fee. So why I getting additional individual fees??? i appreciate if you can answer this question
Placement fees are different. In our experience we get better results using no placement at all and shipping to max warehouses, then shifting all of our items to the closest warehouse possible. It's a bit advanced and complicated but you can search the fb group for ideas and there's a number of great posts in there
Thanks for showing how to run the report, looks like we were charged $2329.12 for the low inventory fee in the month of April :/ We run a blend of retail arbitrage and wholesale with a heavy amount of replens, and it shows with the fees we are being charged. Youch.
Thx for the info!

That's a lot!
So yeah April was before they implemented the "20 sales in 7 days" rule change. Now that this is in, you can avoid it entirely.
Keep doing a great Job! Nate!
