Thunder-Myutant player here, I can give some advice on that. - The Thunder Dragons love to be banished and they're always a free cost (you banish them for cost and they search a card), so they help tremendously with the resource problem. - Colossus is amazing. It wins some matches, if not slows down so much that you can otk next turn, if not it eats a negate and you can use Beast or Arsenal freely. - Titan is so difficult to deal with, cause of his protection, and the fusion spell keeps returning in your hand, so you can summon him again next turn. Big guy with sometimes the pop. - Having your TD banished by Runick it's always a +1 - It's fun having cool monsters on top of cool monsters, we play Myutant because we want big cool aliens banishing stuff. Why not adding f*ing Shenron to it, it's every kid's fantasy. The package is small (2-3 Dark, 2 Roar, 1 Hawk, 1 Fusion). It's a little less consistent, cause you can draw only them (usually with the big myutants, they're always in hand, it's unbelievable), and you would have preferred handraps or floodgates, but I assure you, without a starter you would've been dead anyway. CHEAP ALTERNATIVES: - Dimension Fissure doesn't stop Runick but it's R and does the job for every other deck - Number 84 and 77 (spider package) are good to clean the board, having a 4k beater than can threaten the field next turn, with protection! - Cross Sheep is amazing, I have no idea how to use her still, but go watch MBT first video on Myutant, she's crazy - Crossout Designator, not cheap but can be used as protection from Ash, Imperm or Maxx C, AND as a Gold Sarc to make Cry, Lab, GB-88 and Ghoti (in the future) live. FLOODGATES: We can play almost EVERYTHING, and remember that we can banish them as cost when we don't need them anymore! - Skill drain stops just the search. We can summon (cause we tribute the little guy) and negate using the big guy itself (or even Skill Drain) as cost. - TCBOO stops a lot of decks, and we absolutely don't care (great advice from Tofu on the Almirage) - Summon Limit can slow us down a little, but we can have a good board with only 2 summons. Go tell that to Branded or Mathmech - Macro and Fissure FUTURE SUPPORT: - GHOTI. These space fishes, beyond fitting the alien/space theme perfectly, LOVE to be banished. They're lv2 tuners that can go in (Quick Eff) wipe and banish the whole board on the Opp turn and come back as a Gren Maju. Great synergy with banishing stuff, lv of myutants (8+2 so we can also use Changying and Baronne), resources grind. They're just perfect. And the art is outstanding. Myutant Ghoti is not gonna be Tier 1, but it's gonna be the coolest, best looking anti meta ever.

Nice guide. You covered most of the options I’ve tried with Myutant here, but there are a couple more I can think of. Dimension fissure to give you even more GY floodgates, link Kuriboh since we have a level one special summon now and zombie Vampire should be played if you are using the crackdown and mind control. Plays well with the rank 8 strat. In the future look forward to the ghoti archetype since they have good synergy with Myutant.
This archetype really caught my interest, when I played this on solo mode. I was completely useless at playing it but it never deterred my enjoyment, as well as curiosity about the archetype. I’m still on the Labyrinth train at the moment, though hopefully with enough gems or craft points? I’ll construct this deck. 0:33 Also, Myutants can also be played as Midrange style but it just not as consistent as the control deck varianr.. Kinda like VW where you bricks a lot but if you hit the right tempo, you can adapt to almost anything depending on the situation..The Archtype was meant to be versatile but it much more safe to play on control based like Macro Cosmos /Dimensional fissure.. Against mirror matchup, Midrange is way stronger than control variant due to adaptability and flexibily. My only issue with control deck variant is due limited options on style, it's highly oppressive to certain matchups espicially against the current meta that rely on GY but suffer most if the backrow gets pop..Also if, you're playing midrange,.I would advise to play 50 cards given it's less bricky and deck seems to have a good ratio at the start. 20:24 Also you can play Barrone or the very oppressive Chengying on Extra Deck if you have or Effect Veiler or Psy-Frame gamma on your deck. Veiler+ Synthesis =10 or use gamma on Lv8 but I usually combo it with Cross-sheep after Myutant fusion to get the tuner on the GY. If you're feeling tricky, you can also play with VW Kyubi. Overall, nice video man. Really love it.

Hey there, fellow Myutant enjoyer here. Wanted to give a shoutout to probably the least picked Myutant card, Myutant Blast, as it can helpd get rid of annoying monsters you cant beat over normally, helps shuffle for a better myutant card if you didnt have the right stuff before, or be used to summon Mist without losing your field. Cards like Avramax or Floo empen can be a bit rough to get over, so it can be a niche option to consider as well.

If Myutants want to consider decks to run this with, Nemeses, Myutant, and Thunder Dragons all work well as hybrids. I've even seen Myutant Runick and Dogmatika builds been taken for a spin. Continue to experiment and evolve and make sure you banish to your heatrs content! P.S. Don't forget the good old Necroface meme banish build!
🤣iv been going second this whole time though it's more because iv had to put pys frame nagate in since I don't have shifter yet and myutants are the 1 deck I love vsing runicks with .can't deck out since everything's going back and power up from the field spell and its been grant playing in the event
I started playing Myutants on MD when the single player mode introduced them. I always thought they were going to be a trash archtype, but wow are they fun to play and I’m working on Diamond IV as we speak with them! Congrats on the climb!

Very true! The problem I have with it is that you can’t use the tribute effect under macro or shifter:( but is a great way to remove big bodies!
