- Hi all this is my 1st RUclips video of my G-Shock, this is truly a great watch and i hope the video shows how robust these things are, feed back is welcome but please be kind as this is my first attempt at this. thank you for watching

If this watch could show stopwatch and current time concurrently, it would be nearly perfect. It is still one of three watches I grab when I need accurate time.
It would be a very neat feature if they did do this. What are the other two watches? I will be making more videos of my other Casios soon so please feel free to like and subscribe thanks.
The updated 5610u model does show the current time in the upper right corner in stop watch mode!

I am usually not into watches but i love the classic 80s look of it and i find it fascinating that they produce so many watches more or less unchanged since 40 years like the fw91 and all those databank watches!

I'm wondering if the 5610 is overly fragile or not? This one is really beaten up but I've seen comments on youtube which claim that the plastic lugs are a weak point and therefore they recommend the 5000
Hi these are extremely well made watches and very strong. This one has had some serious hard work.
Yep, the new 'U' version addresses all the shortcomings of this one. Same price, bargain.

Hi, I use the alarm function and probably the stopwatch the most. The world time function is also a great function to have as well. Thanks
I can't hear the alarm, it's either because -
1. My ears are beat.
2. The beeper is too inaudible.

How do I turn off the alarm 12 pm that goes off
From memory you can set it via the time setting function.
