You stayed in a hotel in the Guamilito neighborhood, where it is a quiet place, it is turned off by the pandemic, people do not go out there, but in the area of the beltway where the City Mall, Multiplaza Mall, restaurants and night bars, a lot of commerce, is located. I think there was no tourist guide in the city, how good you were in the city, you missed trying the chicken with slices (Fried banana's green) and the night roast meats, I was watching your video of Copan Ruinas. Greetings
Thank you for watching! yeah the suburbs are more lively base on my ride into town, but honestly I did not want to go visit malls anywhere in the world anymore. I wanted to explore the city a bit after dark but the lady in the hotel reception stopped me, saying it was not a good idea for me to go out at 9pm in downtown, and it was very very dark and dead near Guamilito.
I love the flowers on the first part!
Thanks for watching~!
Great video! I love Guatemala 🇬🇹💕
I’m sorry that I wasn’t very specific in my comment and this may confuse some people. I was referring to the Guatemala’s video that he mentioned (as it is written on the video title) Is not that I can’t read, it is just that I wasn’t clear and for that reason I apologize. Also, the comment was addressed to the vlogger but I appreciate your interest. Have a wonderful day!

Quickly fast forward to the jungle and the Parrots, love them!
suspence is built! and next part is coming soon haha!
💯💯💯💯
so glad you tried horchata and enjoyed it
Haha I actually like it more than cinnamon in bread! It is quite different than anything else I have had!
Thank you bro for visiting my country
Thank you bro for watching!
Great video! I'm going from Atlanta to San Pedro Sula on Spirit Airlines. I got a roundtrip flight to Roatan with CM Airlines. Now I wish that I were staying in SPS for a least a day before going to Roatan. I'll be in SPS for a few hours before going back to Atlanta. Maybe I'll sneak in a flight to SPS or just go back to SPS another time.
Oh you can definitely pay someone 50 dollars and ask them to show you around town. The place itself does not have too much for a visitor, a 2 hour tour should suffice as a simple get-to-know-it. Beats staying at the airport!
@@beyounged OK, thanks! So maybe while I'm waiting for my after midnight flight, I'll take a taxi to SPS and wander around. Maybe I'll go to the Copan ruins another time.
Oh if it is at night, forget about it. Nothing to see there and it can get sketchy.
@@beyounged OK, thanks for the advice. I'm in Roatan now. It's beautiful.
Great video. I like how you travel. How was Aero Mexico airlines ? $30 is expensive for a hotel in Central America. I try to stay in backpacker hostels for less than $10.
Haha thank you! Glad you enjoyed! I would very much love to stay in a hostel and meet folks who are willing to go to San Pedro, but sadly there is none in SPS. If you check out the next video you will find me staying in a hostel in Copan Ruinas!
Gracias por visitar mi pais
de nada! el placer es mio, su pais es bellisimo!
9:02 No bro, that`s not the only thing that SPS has to show for the tourist, there is a lot of spots arround the city to visit, ou only walked for a few streets xd
sorry man ahaha, the price of taxis is a bit too much for me to bear for full day jaunts. Walking was the only thing that I could afford...
@@beyounged True. But there is the bus, cheaper than taxi but a little bit unsafe too
There’s nothing in SPS,
Does anyone on this blog know the best way to get to Roatán island from San Pedro Sula? We would like to catch a bus to La Ceiba, then a ferry. But it looks like the time of our arrival the bus and ferry schedule Is very limited from San Pedro Sula international Airport and from la ceiba. How much would a Taxi cost to la ceiba? Any advice suggestion would be greatly appreciated.
My guess is that it will be very expensive. You may be better off do a one night in La Ceiba or San Pedro Sula.
Not sure if it is from any help now but I believe is better to go to La Terminal in S.P.S and travel from there to La Ceiba 'cause if not it is gonna be REALLY expensive. From La Ceiba you grab a taxi for the ferry.
I recommend you
And everyone else.
go to Santa Rosa de Copan.
Safe city
Delicious food,coffee.
And friendly people.
it was on my list! next time when I visit the region, I will definitely swing by! Heard their coffee is phenomenal!
@@beyounged I am living in Santa Rosa de Copan now, I can give my experience, in Honduran barista the cup of coffee that is served is of a good level, it verifies it, the style you want, Japanese, Indi, French, Arabic etc etc... of course our Honduran style, I love coffee roasted in honey and served as a cappuccino with a good dessert or sweet bread, also with Las Baleadas 4, 5 or 6pm shots, it goes very well, the cup varies in price according to the Lps size. 32.00 standard to Lps. 42.00 (Lempiras) large cup, in which USD would be $ 1.32 & $ 1.72 the place you want, coffee shops are better than any franchise.
never liked starbucks anyway! already tried some coffee from central america, but definitely need more of that in my life!
@@beyounged What happens is that the franchises charge a high price for each cup of coffee or by-product by local, employee pay, taxes and utilities where they pay a pittance to the coffee grower waiting for the harvest for 8 or 9 months, they receive pennies for each cup, not here they have regulated that unfair situation. "Starbucks" would go from neither smells nor stinks, although it would have influence in the first days because it was a well-known brand, but it is not so much the truth would be like the situation of "Taco bell" in Mexico. The coffee shops here in Santa Rosa also on the coffee route in Honduras is of a good level, the cup served from the city Marcala, La Paz won international awards for quality, taste and smell, the stores show you the coffee beans and how You want it roasted and they give you the personalized ground coffee package and a good price. Look at the notes on Honduran coffee.
I have watched some videos! It is incredible and made me crave it so much! Starbucks will never show you the beans!
Beautiful
Looks like the Vancouver airport ?
sharp eyes! it is one of my home bases! a great airport!
San Pedro Sula was the most dangerous city from 2014 to 2016. Then the crime rate decrease a lot and other Mexican and Brazilians cities move to the top 10.
Yet the city is among the 50 most dangerous cities in the world so still better be careful on the city. Hopefully it continuous to decrease in crime and murder rate.
You can use uber for taxi
Well 🤩$30. Dollars is cheap new York a motel with fleas will cost you $95 dollars a day ok 😹
yeah I was surprised it has air conditioning! I have stayed in a 100-bed dormitory in Norway for 55 dollars so I am not complaining :P
Yo pase por San Pedro Sula y es una ciudad sana nadie te molesta es una farsa
Can you use US dollar there?
Nope. But airport has a bank that exchanges at a good rate.
i like a lot the video because i from honduras and like he say here is not dangerous like another people say and obviously here are hundreds of tourist place but he just refer to san pedro sula that is not a place for that
Yes, that is why you should go check out the Copan Ruinas video! 😉
@@beyounged i watch it thanks
I have been to San Pedro it has a lot nice places to go and hang out, you didn’t go to not one 😂 you don’t even know what you missed
They give you alot food you eat good brother ok.jijihujij.😹
So jealous that you can still go on trips! Be careful and protect yourself!!
Solo yo soy la el único que abla español aqui 🇭🇳
Mystery sauce lmao
I want to go to this place but people said the gangs run this place?
you should be fine if you are just a visitor, it is a tiny bit boring, but everything else is safe during the day.
I was gonna go live there with a woman I met😀
@@franciscohuron8287 maybe it is better to ask the girl? I am just a visitor and living there is very different from 2 day visits.
SPS is a truly frightening place! I've been in Honduras for 21 years. I'm not easily frightened. If one is not frightened, you are even in more danger!
Haha I figured it can be ugly there sometimes when locals tell me they do not go out after dark 😵
You make it seem like the whole city is a war zone lmao. Of course it has its sketchy places, but it also has its nice and chill zones. You just have to be careful where you are, and of course like in any country, you have to be cautious.
@@beyounged Great vid, San Pedro Sula has been on the Top 10 list for most dangerous for years, def not on my travel list
this guy managed to make SPS look even shittier than VICE and your typical slum-tourism influencer has lol. SPS isn't really a touristy place, it's a business town (not business under your Canadian standards of course, but a business regional centre nonetheless.) It is also a good point of connection to actual tourist towns and attractions like Bay Islands, Copan etc. Also, SPS is best enjoyed with money, if you are a $30 dollars a night tourist, you'll get $30 views, $30 interactions, $30 everything. Again, SPS has never been a tourist attraction, but it does have really nice chain hotels and boutique B&Bs, and a fare share of fancy high-rise condos on airbnb with impressive views of the Merendon mountains. Great restaurants too. Plaza Tipica is a cheap, street eatery, very delicious in my opinion as a local, but I wouldn't call it a tourist attraction nor would I take somebody with high standards to that place, but an adventurous foreigner would enjoy it for sure. Again, this is just another slum/poverty tourism influencer. Hope he starts monetizing views soon so he can have more rounded experiences on his future travels.
😂
Your comment is on point, besides San Pedro SULA does have more to offer than what was shown in this video.
are crazy, what hell doing there, horrible
