also, love your vids as well, stayed in Iguana Azul too, unfortunately that is the case with most central american businesses facing gringos, foreign capitals+local workers=bad owners abusing locals.
fyi, just hope that you have a bit of video stabilization, whether when recording using a gimbo or digital stabilization or at post.
