This is so inspiring I have a C4 incomplete spinal cord injury four and a half years out from injury. I was told I would only have one percent chance to ever walking again, but just a few months ago I started being able to walk with supported assistance. My biggest advice would be never give up believe in yourself and most importantly have faith in the man above ❤️ when you have faith, anything is possible

I broke my sacrum in 5 pieces and both legs. I couldn’t walk and still can’t feel a good part of my right leg. I now ride horses at the highest competitive level, but I was lucky. I put a lot of effort during many years to recover but much in our every individual case is luck. Some people are completely and permanently paralyzed by a difference of 1 inch or 2 in how they hit and no amount of person effort will ever make them ski or walk or anything. So I wouldn’t do a title like “From paralyzed to Grand Prix Dressage in N years” because I’d feel I could offend those less lucky. But that’s just me.
I admire your determination and seeing your recovery makes me very happy.

Recovering from broken spine, 5 months in. The mental side of it is absolutely everything. If I could physically will it away it would be easy no matter what I had to do. Its accepting the limitations I have right now and knowing I will get better that is the hard part. Staying positive every day is a massive task in itself. Just gotta keep my head up and do what I have to do. This doesn't have to be a bad thing. It can be an opportunity that a lot of positivity can come from, I just need to perceive it the right way. Thanks for the vid.

Just a comment on visualization and healing. I believe it works, certainly visualization to aquire skill is proven, but I think it is effective with healing as well.
I broke my ankle snowboarding and was back out in 4 weeks, tentatively but did it.
I would visualize the bones knitting back together, meditate on the actual site of injury, etc...
I know this injury is far and away from mine, but I think it's worth time to see your healing in your minds eye

I'm happy for him ,but very ,very sad because in this whole video nobody of his family or the injured boy said. Thank u Lord I made it, maybe he thinks he's capable of everything. Just willing it, but the only one that really heals u is the good Lord Jesus Crist. Maybe the next time he won't be so lucky,...never forget God!!!!! With all respect. God bless u boy.

Go to physio, probably not too serious. Google pigeon pose, this is a stretch that should make you more mobile and increase the blood flow in the needed areas to prevent this strange feeling for you. Not a doctor btw.
