Fallout China would have been a cool DLC. After completing Here Be Monsters the player could sail to a south pacific island with Zhao and help either the Red Guards or Imperials take it over.

It's hinted that bombs dropped elsewhere but some fan theories suggest that other places are fine

@@jacobself1920I feel like if they didn’t drop outside of the US then there’s no rational explanation as to why the land wouldn’t have been recolonized by other nations after a 200 year minimum. Nuclear bombs carry way less radiation then nuclear power meltdowns after all

Europe and the Middle East both nuked each other many times during the resource wars so even before 2077 good portions of each continent was glass, we also know Russia joined the nuclear exchange and nuked europe and america but how much they were destroyed is unknown. the only real logic question you would have to ask yourself to see if any nation survived is " if a nation survived... why wouldn't they have gone on a mass expansion after the Great War? ... they suddenly have no one to formally resist them and if they waited a decade or two, could simpy march their army into an area... and its theirs... and since when you step out of Vault 76 there is no Albanian settler offering you a drink... its safe to say everyone is gone
