USS Hill - American promo premium Tier V destroyer.
One of the draft designs for a destroyer flotilla leader, production of which started at the end of World War I. Was armed with five main battery guns. Hill is a typical mid-tier American destroyer. While USS Hill is relatively easy enough to play when top tier, when you get uptiered against tier 7's for example, she’ll prove to be quite a challenge for novice players to do damage and impose their presence on the battlefield. Finally, her excellent agility makes her a potent knife fighter in the hands of the more experienced. USS Hill is a fun little ship and worth the effort especially if you managed to get it for free from the ROgue Wave Event.

Hello once again everyone, After a long grind I finally finished the directives for the Rogue Wave Event unlocking the tier 5 premium US destroyer USS Hill. Free premiums are always good -) It's been a long time since I've played lower tier American destroyers and I have to admit it was a lot of fun revisiting this part of the game. USS Hill feels quite strong and I've had quite a few fun games in it already. Just unlocked her too, but to my dissapointment the 3 fuel is a 1 time deal. thought it was per battle with her. here go my Benham plans. have 706 Fuel. rip. nice video as per usual
@@nielsmallant2710 Thank you, It's a reward for playing one game in the Hill every day. So as long as the event lasts the Hill can earn you 3 fuel per day.
@@CarbineCarlito ah okay, its something I guess. do you know until which date the missions runs for? have seen multiple dates posted
The date on the scoreboard is the 22nd so I assume with the next patch 23rd/24th maybe

T5 DD Hill has 125K HE DPM, it's higher than *all* T5 DDs and BBs, from the CLs only Omaha and Marblehead have higher 158K HE DPM

, I'm glad I was able to help. Hill is a fun ship, it's just a question of playing her right.
New subscriber here. A few things. One - Your game play is impeccable ( mine is well..let's just say it's mediocre at best.) ;) I just got the hill and so far I like it. I took it out in 2 co-op games to get a feel for the ship and I like it. It's decently fast..decent guns and nice torps. Once I get comfortable playing it I'll take it into a real PVP vs PVP game - which I'm sure I'll get nuked quickly. That being said I have been playin a Tachibana - 9 point capt - in randoms and have done ok. Look forward to more of your videos. :D

after 10 games i soldet ,for dis ship grind 3 weks onli wg can make dis stupidity ,usles ship dont deserv grind ant time spend
Hi Razvan, You should remember this is a bonus premium, the main reward for this grind is the Tier 9 Benham. It's not often we get 2 free premiums for an event and the Hill is quite a bit of fun. It's only a tier 5 remember and despite that it still feels very strong when played well.
NEVER sell a premium ship, because if you get a super container you might get this ship again instead of a nicer one. Also silver is easy to come by, I would never sell a premium ship for some useless silver.
