2:40 burning capital doesn't actually affect your stability. Unrest does. It depends on population of the city. Tokyo is ≈ 40% of Japan's population, which makes it suffer from unrest if it's capital is scorched. Countries like Brazil, US or Tanzania probably won't feel the difference in stability.
Fair but technically it still lowered the stability so it does affect stability

Myth: if a country is annexed and it still has troops in other lands, the troops will not go lower than 180 hp (infantry)
They can't go lower in certain areas in a country

In the first myth: only non-annexed cities will pay you war reparations. But what if you annex them and then release them, you still gain war reparation or not?

War reparations is based on economy, so yes.

war reparations work by sending [percent of country's income] to the war's winner for [amount of specified time]. If you fully annex a country, their income is 0. The max cut of their income is 25%, so 25% of 0 is 0, meaning war reps are useless if ur fully annexing a country

You can only seize 75% of their ressources, so they can still sell stuff, which means that they could pay war reparations 0:40

Loses do affect stab since losses make War Exhaustion higher, which in turn, makes stab lower.

Myth: Nuking capitals is the best way to break and empire. Just nuke the most populous cities, it gives the best war exhaustion.
For some reason I don't like looking at Antarctica in this game, same with the Minecraft void

For the first one, player countries after being annexed can still make money through trade, so idk if it’s completely busted
unless they still have a massive stock of something, i dont see how they would trade considering they, you know, DON'T HAVE ANY CITIES.

In the first myth if the annexed nation still has some resources and the nation sells it then they would be paying war reparations. This happened to me when my nation was annexed and I sold my remaining resources
Well if its a bot it's no use plus nobody sells resourses after they cap so no point and I'm not EVEN SURE IF THE RESOURSES COUNT TO WAR REP CUZ IT ISENT IT IS TAX MONEY

you dont tehnically lose stab due to the losses but the war exhaustion. war exhaustion is caused by losses so tehnically losses affect stability

Day 2 of asking bislo to do my incredib(ly) dumb idea: The only way you can get land is by negotiating purchases with player nations. You cannot enforce annexation treaties on defensive wars.

I got a question, how can you make a peace treaty while attacking an enemy with an ally and sharing the captured land?
In the peace treaty menu on the right there should be flags of your enemies peace out the others first then the country you declared war on (just click on the flag you want to peace)

Actually you can't land on anything which doesn't count as as a land area
Antarctica counted as a sea aria before.

I think I’ve seen tanks completely die of attrition when the country that owns them is having an oil shortage, but it’s been a while so I could easily be misremembering it.
im 1 year late to this but either way, oil shortage doesnt really count as anything that requires oil to function (pretty much everything except infantry and nukes) completely dies very quickly

You can't kill a submarine even if it's not underwater
Only destroyers battleships frigates and submarines can deal any dmg to submarines

Actually, if a nation is selling something and they have a big stockpile, you will still receive reperations
I will now explain something im not qualified to explain in 1:01 if u seprate the troops they will get xp faster the higher the lv the more buffs they get if they are all together they will not get as much xp

it was actually confirmed by the developer that attacking from the side (aka flanking) increases defense and damage

It depends if they accept the peace offer. try it again in a public server after being in it for a long time and also try the annex cities option
if the player accepts the peace then it isnt auto accepting

if i am correct if you take the capital of a country aswell as about 50% of the country you can force a peace to take up to 3 cities (no war reps just cities)

it only works if the country still has some cities left over that you didnt take
