I do that with my sheet music too. if i have a particularly hard page ill number it and set it to the side of my book. Rewrites too. That TC line is all over the place isnt it lol. Impressive. Itll give you chills if you have adequate sound system to feel the notes through the floor.
This part's actually not hard. In fact the binar rythm played with left hand just before is replace, just so both hands are playing couples of 3 notes together, again and again.
But for sure, part where hands play differents rythms ( like 2 notes lh while 3 rh ) always need my full concentration personnaly, they really feels weird to play ( ie Oltremare )

I just began to learn the song few days ago, and the smaller notes are for the counter melody and it can either be played with the left or right hand :) Hope this can help you!
