With this level of oil that the Brazilian manual asks for, it is very close to the minimum that the engine supports and because of this, several Kawasaki break the engine due to lack of oil
I have the same bike , but I’ve broken the sight gauge for the oil ( the little glass to see oil levels) and I can’t find the part In my manual so I don’t know what to order.
hey did you ever figure out what the gunk was? Im new to motorcycles and jw how normal that is? on a car thats usually indication of a head gasket leak or at least coolant mixing with the oil. I could be wrong because my car mechanic skills arent the best either. Why im asking :)
here in Brazil the motorcycle manual asks for 10w40 oil, could you tell me why there in the United States it asks for another oil viscosity and also the manual for Brazil asks for 2,200 liters and two hundred
I'm Brazilian, look here, the owner's manual asks for oil with a viscosity of 10w40, look in your manual, I think you're using the wrong oil, this causes a huge problem
Im so excited to do my first oil change test
+Sheila She 😁🍻
Thanks for the video, Jim from The Office.

+Iszik yikes! Maybe you have to order the whole cover?

+mrorganic13 no I never really looked into it any further.
@@HelpMeDIY The oil looks like its mixed with the coolant
@@aliffammarazian it looked nasty!
That’s what the oil looks like when water or coolant gets into the crankcase.

+ROBSON 3R interesting. Thanks for sharing!

+ROBSON 3R best oil weight always depends on the climate
That's really true
I've had my new car for two months now, can you tell me the negative points that I have to worry about with the bike?
Why was that bike dropped so many times ? Who was driving it
+Yea ok. Previous owner. It was his first bike. That’s why I got it for $800 with 800 miles on it 😂
@@HelpMeDIY glad that guy isn’t riding anymore lol
Why would there be sm ok ing after changing process?
+Damoriea Foster there shouldn’t be, but if some oil was spilled on the engine or exhaust it would burn off when it got hot and cause some smoke.
@@HelpMeDIY it wouldn't come from not putting enough oil?
+Damoriea Foster I guess it could. Did you put enough in? I can’t even begin to help diagnose it like this without seeing it.
I put two liters and five hundred ml of oil in my ninja
+ROBSON 3R 👍
