    With this level of oil that the Brazilian manual asks for, it is very close to the minimum that the engine supports and because of this, several Kawasaki break the engine due to lack of oil

    I have the same bike , but I’ve broken the sight gauge for the oil ( the little glass to see oil levels) and I can’t find the part In my manual so I don’t know what to order.

    here in Brazil the motorcycle manual asks for 10w40 oil, could you tell me why there in the United States it asks for another oil viscosity and also the manual for Brazil asks for 2,200 liters and two hundred

    hey did you ever figure out what the gunk was? Im new to motorcycles and jw how normal that is? on a car thats usually indication of a head gasket leak or at least coolant mixing with the oil. I could be wrong because my car mechanic skills arent the best either. Why im asking :)

      That’s what the oil looks like when water or coolant gets into the crankcase.

    I'm Brazilian, look here, the owner's manual asks for oil with a viscosity of 10w40, look in your manual, I think you're using the wrong oil, this causes a huge problem

    How much oil did you use

    Why would there be sm ok ing after changing process?

    • @HelpMeDIY
      @HelpMeDIY  4 года назад +1

      +Damoriea Foster there shouldn’t be, but if some oil was spilled on the engine or exhaust it would burn off when it got hot and cause some smoke.

    • @damorieafoster3836
      @damorieafoster3836 4 года назад
