Don’t feel hopeless I’m 46 and never been married. However I do think I’m cursed because I had a wonderful man of GOD that wanted to marry me but I called things off now he is heaven and I feel like I missed my chance.

Divorcee here! Please please please be single and content. We are living in the last days and people are evil even in a Godly marriage. I know so many married people who are miserable. I was one of them and had to get out! Even if you’re 50+ years old. Wait on God and God only to send you the right person.
I’ve been waiting on God for over 16 years but I know that I still have a lot of self work to do. I feel like I’ll never be the person I’m supposed to be. I’ve read several comments on here about single women in their 60’s! I don’t want to to go through the last days of trial and tribulations by myself! Very scary! But I know God knows what he’s doing.
Thank you. Young woman here, met him at 22 years old, he was 35 and after 10 long and hard years, I finally have and am awakening to the truth of what God wants for me. Over 8 months in a divorce and at last finalized. I was broken and slowly healing, God empowered me and my eyes are merely looking forward. I promise to God to not allow anyone into my life until I know for sure He comes from God! I'm content, whole and joyful and raising our 2 beautiful children in a peaceful, prayerful and healthy environment. My prayers have been for him to be a positive influence on the children when they are with him, I trust God and so far so good. In the midst of all this, my father my dearest friend transitioned and I was in distress but God pulled me through the darkest emotional space I've ever been. Please Pray for me.

I’ve chose wrong to many times, I have changed my standards I’ve been single for 13 years and loving God with all my heart. I embrace my singleness and only want who God wants for me. I want love I want relationship, but I’m not settling, I’m 64 years young and love my life.

I needed to hear this. I called off my engagement but started feeling regret because I didn't want to be without a person in my life. I was lonely in the relationship. He talked to be like a child. He stopped going to church with me and many other things. After hearing this, I know I did the right thing. I will heal and reap what God has for me.

I am going thru a very similar circumstance I to called off my engagement. And as she sensed me becoming a little more distant from her, because of her drinking and how she would act while drinking, she also decided to stop going to church with me. Only GODs Grace keeps me positive and moving forward, even though deep down making the right decision hurts like heck! 🙏🏻

You did the right thing. I wished I would’ve broke off my engagement and didn’t marry my ex husband. His true colors came out in the marriage. I saw signs before and ignored them
This sermon has left me so empowered. I've never felt so motivated to love on myself and treat myself better than before. I do desire relationship, but I'm more so interested in the healing that will come with me making better decisions concerning ME. I believe God will fill my harvest with all the love I sow. I think this is the first time I listened to singleness preaching sermon coming from a divorced single pastor which I appreciate it a lot. So often when I listen to this kind of preaching thinking “yeah, it’s easy for you to say because you were married when you were 21, and it’s not that long for you to wait and be patient to meet the love of your life”, haha. Because the reality is most people go through heart breaks, work on themselves, and actually a great faithful person in Jesus but still single for along time.
I am 43years old, I have been single for 10 years. After the birth of my child, I went back & forth with my child’s father. He always said he wanted to be with me but I had to change before he could put a label on our relationship or be seen with me. For year, I was his secret relationship. I began to not recognize who I was, I cried, I felt pain. It was emotionally abusive, until one day I decided enough is enough. After my father passed away, he did not support my grief, it was still only about him. This year, he married a woman who lives in South America and barely speaks English. While he continues to date multiple women. His family accepts her, and his “Christian”family refuses to speak to me. His mother is a “minister”and will not interact with me. Our child sees this. I give this to God. I believe I will marry the man God has for me
You will be ok and your child is valued by God. He will make all things right. You were not created to be someone’s secret family. If u are still alive…He’s not yet done with you. Greater things are yet to come

I know this is annoying, but were just truly in so so much trouble rn, i feel like my heart is going to explode. 💔 Were drowning in debts from a loan shark and idk how im going to get it paid up before the month ends, knowing i dont have a stable job and barely making enough to put food on the table. Please pray that GOD make these debts disappear, our lives will surely be a little bit easier and i wont be out here looking like a spammer anymore begging for stranger's help. The beauty in preaching about failing in relationships is the fact that he is speaking from experience which is beautiful and relatable.
This is so very REAL... It happened to me too 😂😅 nice girls finish last, be careful how much you will compromise. PEOPLE show you who they are in the first 15 minutes of conversation... believe them never make any excuses 💯 BE AN ACCURATE THINKING.What are your values and integrity 💯 WHO BELONGS IN YOUR FIELD 💯
This is absolutely hilarious 😂. I hope I never get that bad. Life is good . I’m just living and enjoying my life for as long as God will allow me to. If it’s meant to be, it will be. Until then, I will travel and see some of this beautiful world that I live in 😀.

I was listening to this song when I was on my knees, crying for my mom’s health. I was devastated because she has cancer and wasn’t doing well at all. God talked to me through this praise, and when I opened the Bible, it was Psalms 27. God confirmed that we should just wait on Him. We still need a miracle, but now we have faith and praise while we wait! My mom is a woman who follows our Lord’s words, and I ask you to pray for her health as well. Her name is Maria Juracy and she has a serious Lymphoma.

I just feel so hopeless in this situation because it seems like some people have it so easy, they just jump from one relationship or marriage to the next. Ive had zero relationships and im 30 and there's no options so it feels very hopeless.
I haven't either finding a husband would be great but I want to work on myself with Jesus first..
Social media may contribute to what you see from others “having it good” in a relationship and how you feel like your own situation is hopeless. It’s a trick of the enemy so that eventually you will want to give up or just give in and settle for less. Remember this, many women will settle for the sake of being in a relationship; please don’t become that type of woman! Work on you and discover your purpose and I believe God will bring the right man for you into your life!
Please don't be, I've been single a very long time. You must not give up, so chin up. Do you think relationship or marriage is for everyone? Let's keep waiting on the Most High & ask him to prepare us for that moment & to recognize that special moment when we meet that special one...sometimes we just have to love ourselves in this big world & I know it's not easy. But Most High will help us through it.

I feel that way at times too...
Too often to much attention and emphasis is on marriage and/or why am I still single/unmarried. Personally, it gets pretty trite especially when you hear it almost every waking moment and from so many born again believers. Matthew 6:33 says, "Seek ye first the kingdom of God and all these things will be added unto you." Paul, in the Bible, said he wish that we were as him (paraphrased); and it's addressed that the unmarried care for the things of the Lord, how to serve Him without distraction. If you don't know how to be single...not just tolerate it...but embrace your singleness and develop what needs to be developed while single, you are not ready to hook up with anyone. Your opinion and value/worth of yourself is distorted; evaluate your worth and establish your identity according to what Father God has said about you in His Word. It is a myth and very damaging to believe that you need someone to complete. It's not Biblically correct. Period. Therefore if you desire marriage, work on being single, being whole and being all that God designed and predestined you to be individually. You're not a half person if you're single. You should be a whole person. Being whole will keep you in the right frame of mind if or as you desire marriage. You will not be consumed by your sincere desire for marriage. Furthermore, don't get obsessed with that desire and pursue it more than a desire to please God.
People often say we were created for relationship and not to be alone.Well, I believe our first and primary relationship should be with our Creator, Father God. He's calling us to Him. Once you set that as a priority, everything else should line up, according to God's perfect will and timing. Learn how to appreciate where you are and learn how to wait on God's plan. Don't lean to your own understanding. Being single is not a curse; it's a blessing! Don't rush through it or out of it! Enjoy where God has you at this time. Be content! Amen!
14 years Single... this Word absolutely hit me DEEP in the heart!! I have allowed myself to become SAD...sometimes ANGRY at myself, my situation, other people, and somtimes even GOD!!! I KNOW deep within my heart that I AM JUST NOT EXPERIENCED enough to handle that relationship I SEEK....😭😭😭😭😭
Have you seen some of the Christian marriages?? Not all but some of these marriages have individuals involved that are immature, selfish or have other character flaws they did not work on before they got married. I don’t know you personally, and although it’s healthy to see where we need to heal and grow, please don’t feel you have to have something wrong with you because the wait has been long. It might just be a case of Gods timing. So sick of the church blaming singles for being single, especially when extended singleness is involved. We have enough of that nonsense already. Marriage and singleness are a gift. We don’t earn it. It’s Gods plan and will for our lives, and in his Sovereignty allows His plan to unfold.

Oh my goodness, thank you for sharing your story Devon, that exactly happened to me even worse because I felt emotional connection and the excuses are the same like yours, I had to stop and sit with prayer and fasting. I also got divorced and went to the process of pain and finding myself again.

And God said to me, "you can't run from you". I totally understand it now. His love is so deep for me. I see now He is continually healing me. I've always lived in flight or fight mode. My narcissist ex was manipulated, deceived, lied to, and taken advantage of also while he was in our marriage. He treated me really bad for this catfish and eventually discarded me for a fantasy. He never saw this person because their identity was hidden. Covert narcissist and so was this person, whether it was male or female. Im in a new season of single😊❤

Truth to be told I haven't completed my evaluation if he's the love that God planned for me, and even if he's not (and I know eventually God will give the clarity if he is or not), I am already thanking Lord God for introducing this person into my life, if not I won't be able to realize that I have to find and realize my true value, my worth as an individual and how broken I am right now.
