Japan can be crazy expensive. The Yen is really down this year. It's a great time to go and trade most any currency. That $5 beer might be $9 soon enough. Who knows.
Thanks mate What a cool place. They sure do drink and drink till they fall over, its common. Japan is the world headquarters of Electric and acoustic guitars. All the big American brands have factories there but the local brands are way better AND not allowed legally to be sold out of Japan. Fender and Gibson took these these factories to the world court to stop them exporting in the early 1980s. Thats how good there guitars are.
They love to party in Japan. Not everyone, but there is no shortage of young guys out after a 12-hour shift. The Japanese expats here in BKK also like a good party.
The problem with trains ending at midnight is you might be feeling good and say F it I will take a ride share home and those rides add up. Living in Vegas that is usually what I do is take a bus where I am going and take an Uber or Lyft home as my bus route has no service between 1-5 am.
Dude in pajamas. Love to hear his story. Making memories on a Sunday night...
The pajama guy was cool
Great episode!
I appreciate you watching
Joe, thanks for sharing your trip to Japan. It seems to that prices are very reasonable in these tourist spots, maybe even comparable to Bangkok.

Interesting; like your edit. Maybe hashtag it #osaka for more traffic? Cheers!
Not a bad idea. I just used my normal template for Bangkok
I definitely heard Tokyo was like NYC and Osaka is SD in this video. Osaka would be more my style. Looks like a great time.
Osaka is a big place, but nothing like Tokyo. But, Tokyo is still relaxed for a mega city.
Great video Joe! Make sure you’re home by midnight-Boon’s got you on Cinderella liberty😮
Ha Ha. No Cinderella liberty for me.
Boon(hope that's right) left you in Osaka
She had to get back to her office. She flew out of Tokyo. I headed to Osaka
I can’t imagine they would have beer vending machines if you couldn’t drink on the street.
Who knows. It's a handy way to get a beer
Makes me wonder if Budweiser is made in Japan as Sapporo and kirin one is made in USA and the other is made in Canada.
As long as they serve it cold, I don't ask any questions. Ha ha
Thanks for taking us along. How's the food in Osaka?
The food was great. I love visiting Japan

Most taxi's and Grab cars in Bangkok are less than $5. Often times $3. The problem is traffic. A 2 mile ride at 8oopm might take 45 minutes.
@@EagerExpat yes I have noticed the bus ride from pattaya or hua hin to ekamai sometimes the last 2 miles can take 30 minutes or longer.
