I can't seem to get through this cool down without crying lol. I've never experienced the presence of God so strongly during a workout before! And it's funny because I've been trying to look at being healthy and fit as part of honoring and worshiping God. Honoring and taking care of the body that He gave me. This powerful cool down really drives that idea home. Thank you for this and all your dance workouts! Really loving them!
