I've never commented on any videos before, but I need to let you know that your workouts to Christian music have changed my life. You ask about motivation and I'll tell you it is my God, who had given me this body to care for. I haven't done a great job of that for much of my life, but when I can take care of me body and my spirit together it starts my day like nothing else ever has. Thank you so much💜🙏
I just turned 58 and found Refitrev in July by seearching for Christian music to dance to. Since then I have lost 22 lbs by dancing every morning 6 days a week and eating low carb. ReFIT IS my motivation!! I love moving with you ladies!! I enjoy dancing to your music choices. I have a blast and feel so good afterward having released all those endorphins!!
My motivation is to take care of the temple God has given me. Why do I choose Refit out of all the options? It’s the most fun and invigorating to my soul.
My motivation: Before REFIT I would be out of breath after the simplest chore, and had very little stamina. When I started REFIT I could barely complete a class session. Since April of this year, my stamina has increased to the degree that sometimes I can't believe a session is over. My overall health has improved. Also, I love the community of the Studio 4 the Willing tribe. Debbi, Christi and Brandi are the greatest! Beause of them and the new friends I've made my self-confidence has skyrocketed and I feel good about who I am.

I am 73, grandmother of 5 and I teach 13 classes a week of Zumba, Cardio Jam, body Sculpt, Core , Aqua as well as personal trainer and Lifestyle / Nutrition coach. My motivation is just that. I started fitness and ADDED Wellness 35 yrs ago and I am passionate to share the "Possibility and Potential" of anyone who wants to get AND stay healthier ( and oh buy the way, will look better! I spend a lot of hours creating my classes , music & choro and even tho I am a Zumba Zin member I absolutely love your group. You are my "GO TO" SITE WHEN I WANT NEW ,CRAZY ,WONDERFUL choreography. My body hurts less, I feel the Spirit working to heal my pain and His presence washing over my life. I am motivated by my childhood..as crazy as that sounds!! There are traumatic things from my childhood that I still struggle with today and I can't explain it, but I feel God's love when I exercise. Sometimes I visualize running away from my past while running. While I am doing Refit® the music speaks to me in a powerful and emotional way. So basically exercise is my therapy! I can't go without it.
How I see myself now and in the future is what motivates me. I keep striving to be better, stronger & healthier for me, my spouse, my kids and my grandkids. I need to stay active so I don't get lazy.
Staying healthy motivates me, plus my little girls join me when I exercise to these videos, so I know it's good for their health too! I always feel much happier after working out.

What motivates me? my participants and the thoughtfully planned music and choreography. But mostly having the opportunity to share this wonderful format to participants who have never heard of REFIT. Thank you for sharing your God given gift to this community!
Honestly my motivation is 1st because God wants me to use this gift for Him & to help others with it... but also because I don't want to take the fact that I can move and dance for granted - I am 50 years old and many my age can't do this - I don't want to get lazy and waste the health and gift God gave me. I know I suffer spiritually, mentally and physically when I don't.
I am there with Judi. I am 70 and have been doing dance aerobics for 40 years. I worked out with Jane Fonda everyday when I was pregnant. We were recently evacuated so I took some Oula classes in Missoula Montana and was asked to be an instructor. I love to dance and love to make up my own choreography. I watch you and other aerobic instructors to learn new steps and ideas. Some mornings are hard but once I take that first step up the stairs to my workout room I am into it.
I am very overweight and i am not comfortable working out in front of anyone. Your videos motivate me working out at home. Plus I a Christian and i love that you have routines to Christian music. It makes me feel better to workout to this music I modify my footwork since i cant move like that now but one day I will be able to I have been to your fun sessions when you came to Baton Rouge and it was so much fun. ❤❤

To JUDI Boone , I all so am a senior, and teach 3 exercise classes a week,then do 3 ZUMBA classes a week , just can't stop,LOVE every minute of it. As long as GOD allows me this gift of being active I am going to. SOAK up every drope ..
My motivation is the fun we have in our Refit Class! And the fact that I feel amazing after that I feel like I have accomplished something by attending the class and each week I push myself a little bit more. Also it is great motivation to have friends attend the same class.
When I began to always incorporate some of my favorite music into my workouts, that motivated me to not only work out more often, but for also longer periods of time! REFIT was a key part of me discovering how much I love dance. I was always a dancer as a child (ages 3-18), but for many years told myself that I should be doing "harder" workouts. Guess what--that burned me out. As long as I love the music and dancing that I am doing while teaching REFIT classes or doing it in my spare time, it motivates me to keep going. What keeps me motivated for workout is simply choosing something that I enjoy! I used to push myself into workouts that I hate and i never kept my consistency... once I discovered things i enjoyed i succeeded to stick to my workout routine 😁 ... Thanks to you girls i started my workout that i love، ZUMBAAA!! This is my third year " zumbaying" now lol 🤣 and i can see how it's improving my fitness and so happy about it..... Thaaannks

I get to test for my first degree black belt in June and REFIT® has definitely helped me get to this point!
