Their music makes you feel strong, eh? That was the beauty with Pantera, especially growing up in the 90's being a fan it just gave you confidence and strength. Untouchable band RIP Dime and Vinnie
Pink well done. The greatest band of all times. One of there less known songs but a great song. To sad that half the band is gone. Rip dimebag an vinnie
Norman Bates .... True, but who knows man, might never have gotten Down or Superjoint Ritual from Phil if it didn’t go down how it did and I don’t know what I’d do without those albums in my life as well
@@unscarredbytrials1767 I respect that. I remember Vinnie talking on a interview or wikipedia fact or fiction(something like that) He was saying there is a lot of unheard Pantera recordings that never got released. I'm assuming without vocals...Maybe who ever got the rights to the music after Vinnie passed away, might do something with it... Imagine getting Phil and Rex back in the studio and see what happens. I know it's kind of a long shot but I would be first in line to buy anything they released. I'm guessing by your user name you would be too...
Best band ever they dont have a bad song pick any song and it will kick your ass to have all them 4 people in one band man that is special the music speaks for its self i was one of the luck ones to be around when pantera were still around i got into them in 92
Funny enough I was listing to this song on the way to the shops lol. I was in a really bad mood and this song come on and it cheered me up great reaction PinkMetalHead
bigyodatheman But still, I haven’t found a band nearly as heavy as they had gotten. I mostly listen to metal and always on the look out for great bands that are gifted heavy like pantera, but between Rex, Dime, n Vinnie as master musicians and new melody creators for the band and then Phil’s rediculous amount of heart and range with level 100 aggression for lead vocals, you just can’t get any better in my opinion... And even though I’ve heard deeper, more powerful tones than Phil and deeper guitar riffs, they steal the light every time with their uniqueness!!!!
I wish i could react to Pantera for the first time on my channel but dammit i've heard it all haha...might have to get my daughter in here...this one always gets me pumped!
I always chuckle a little bit whenever I listen to any of your reviews. Not because they’re bad, they’re actually quite good; but, it’s just the softness of your voice while reviewing such brutal sound. Keep it up!
You should check out and react to their live performance. We need more live performance. Long live Pantera!!!! Btw. Thanks for doing this song, this is one of my Pantera fav song.
More Pantera & Down please Pantera-Goddamn Electric Down-Nothing in Return Damageplan-Save Me Superjoint Ritual-Ozena Rebel Meets Rebel-Cowboys Do More Dope
Pantera fan all the way, Pink. Great video. Ever check out some really old stuff like Slade? Not your average fare but they did set some trends in the 60s and 70s.
*hey* *PINK* you can avoid the copyright strikes by pausing the video every once in a while to provide some quick thoughts or comments - which I think would improve your content as well imo. That's the _content_ of the reaction after all :)
Pantera kicking some butt!!! When I need to get the motivation for the gym, they are my go to band!!! They always get me amped to crush it!!! Great vid Pink!!!! Who is the band on your intro?
Sounds like you like the title 😁 it is strange to see these videos *but* you made me smile, lady. Tragically, we just lost Vinnie Paul. Yeah. It hurt. I could see why so many were torn up when Elvis passed. I enjoyed your "Wish You Were Here" reaction. That tune is a classic. It is so simple and easy. The Beatles did the same thing. Pantera, however.... ohmalord!! I can't play much except "This Love. " That's another good one. Rock on, chick!!
How pretty your eyes are. Got that Egyptian Goddess look. You are good at make-up! Pantera rules! What he is saying is that we should forgive and let bygones be bygones and live for today heading for tomorrow. "The oppressor's in you" you choose whether to live in the past or in the Now, and to allow yourself to be. Every new Moment is The Moment to be whoever you want to be.
I remember running into Vinnie Paul coming out of the bathroom at The Rainbow in LA shortly after his brother was killed. I just said "Vinnie?" He goes yeah man, I just thanked him for their music, I didn't have the heart bother him for an autograph. It was like running into a cartoon character, looked exactly like you see in the magazines. Humble guy.
"Stars" by Hear n' Aid is right up your alley with 80's metal...Collaboration of metal artists...Vocals by Dio, Tate of Queensryche, Dokken, Halford of Priest, DuBrow of Quiet Riot and others. Guitar work of Malmsteen, Lynch of Dokken, Cavazo of Riot, Smith and Murray of Maiden and many others. Need to check out video with the artists names so you can check out their individual and group work...please react to this as not many reactors do...thanks and rock on !!!
\m/ Always one of THE best bands to react to. You should check out their song they did for a Sponge Bob Square Pants cartoon called "Pre-Hibernation". The song played throughout the show was awesome, too. Excellent reaction, Miss Pink. \m/ =D
The Real Shano My favorite Down song... Please do Bury me in Smoooookkke pink? It’s very important to every one of your followers to know this great song! Lol
One of my favorites man great song on an under rated album down 1 n 2 was better but 3 was amazing to i put those 3 albums up against any 3 albums from any artist!!
Have you done the song “slaughtered” also by pantera yet? In my opinion, one of the most brutally heavy songs to ever be created, but also very well done. As per usual by them boys! R.I.P. Dime and Vinnie!!! Still my favorite band after all these years
great reaction!!!!! please react to Pantera mouth for war is the first song of the vulgar display of power album and the first song of them what i hear when i have 13 years.
Please review "CLASH WITH REALITY" by Pantera other great theme songs of my life is "HARVESTER OF SORROW" Megadeth- goose bumps and required music in the old days of crazy powerlifting (now crippled due to the adrenaline rush but would do it again)
It's been a while since you listened to Dream Theater. They recently put out a new album (Distance over Time) a month ago. I strongly recommend "Fall into the Light" from that album.
Hey Pink, have you thought about doing a full album review of Rage Against the Machines self titled album ? I remember you saying you've never heard a bad Rage song. The album won't disappoint.
have no idea how this Patreon thing works but I do wanna make a request as a Patreon, it's a love song that is probably my favorite song of all times, it's by The Little River Band … Lady, if you could please listen to it and tell me what ya think
Pleeeaaassseee react to Testament -The Ritual and More than meets the eye. 2 of the best solos I have EVER HEARD from Eric Peterson and Alex Skolnik. Please, I beg you.
If you like Pantera then you’d like all of Phil’s other bands better. Down is the best but there’s SuperJointRitual, Phil and the Illegals, and Arson Anthem. I think he uses his voice better in Down-definitely more range and pretty bluesy. He also runs a label out of Nola called Housecore Records and has many good metal and punk acts that he takes out on tours with him. I love Pantera but definitely like Down a lot better!!!

19 years old, RTS was released in 2000.

Pantera is the best.
I like how you actually listen to the song not stopping it 18 fucking times to psyco-analyze it along the way. Welcome to Pantera!.. 2 years later ;)
Their remastered live version of this song is off the charts.
Respect.. Pantera the great southern trendkill love that song the whole album is off the hook
Chad Wright This song is not on Trendkill.
This is from Reinventing The Steel.
Trendkill has the rattle snake on the cover
They speak the truth! Although The Great Southern Trend Kill is seriously badass as all their albums are
Greatest Band of All Time!
... there will never be another like them.
Pantera is life
Ironic since 2 are dead
erlend steine lmao 😂....
25th year anniversary of Far Beyond Driven. Please do I'm Broken, or 5 Minutes Alone. Two riffs that just bring my ears peace.
Those are two of the most boring Pantera riffs ever, just to me. I love them and always will.
Hey, Pink I don't see it on your playlist but, watch the Pantera Video of I'm Broken..... You'll LOVE IT!!!
Yeah. They just straight up rip. Nothing fancy. Let's go
