Man you guys got a good looking pair of trucks what I like most is they're not over the top begging for attention but when they get your attention they will have you in a daze drooling glad you made it through the brake situation keep em coming
Try looking into Amulet tires I’ve just put a set about 30k miles ago on a spread axle and I like how they are wearing and they aren’t too expensive. The guy that lets me borrow the trailer only runs those on his equipment says he’s had good luck with them. I’ll probably give them a shot a drives when am due for them.
Also I’m not completely sure but maybe try greasing the clutch linkage zurt on the drivers side panel near the air cleaners, on my 389 there is a little panel with 5 zurts for greasing right there it should only take a little bit
I heard you say “Johnny” and immediately thought that you must watch that Shaky Johnson from Texas! Are you planning to come down to his race this year?
About 6 to 8 grand for a set of drives especially if you go with michelliins or Bridgestone they are crazy high and depending on if you go 16 or 14 ply tires 22 or 24 talls or low profile talls 16 ply is high
You need to put enough adjustment in your clutch where you can go heal to toe. When you have your clutch pushed all the way down and you let up a little on your clutch you should feel it want to untrack. That way you have plenty of clutch brake.

Throwing a shout out to a shop/company for helping you out in a pinch is a quality move. Good on ya.
There's a linkage box under the cab that has grease fittings too. It's a bear to get too.
It's been awhile but I'm still here.

How much you want for the ram???
Sounds like around the hole in floor
Question? Is your clutch hydraulic?
I'd rather have the 2004 5.9 than any of Ford's latest crap, but If you insist on downgrading to a half-ton the Nissan Titans are super nice.
