    This is such a pretty color! Though for some reason I associate plums more with fall

    The paper circle is called a cartouche. You can also butter and flour your baking tin to make it nonstick too.

      King Arthur weight chart shows 1 cup AP as 120 gms, However there other sites that may differ.

      @dassochaing2384 sugar would have a different weight from flour

      This is why I always bake in the metric system vs imperial as an American. Imperial makes no sense once you figure out metric units. Converting a recipe is way too much work! And scales are one piece of equipment vs having multiple measuring cups and jugs. No thanks lol.
