Made my first pie ever using The Book on PIe and even though I burned the crust and messed up the pudding, it was still sooo delicious and so much fun to make. Thank you Erin for letting me find a new passion in baking.

Your videos are second to none for clarity & helpfulness! Personally, I like my crusts quite a bit thinner & about half the darkness. Even though my crusts taste great, when I do a thicker edge to be fancy, my family will eat up *TO* the crust. Lol. I guess it’s like pizza, some don’t eat the crust, or toast, some like it dark, some light. Either way, you’re so helpful❗️thanks 😁

As a person living alone, I actually make cold set pies in mason jars and keep them in the freezer for a grab and go sweet treat that’s portioned for one...also people think you’re amazing if you pull them out of the freezer, all ready to go 😁
