    @nikha009
    Boil some vegetables such as potatoes, carrots, onions, mushrooms etc for around half an hour. You can also add some cloves of garlic into it if you want. Then sieve the stock and that's it... You can also add some aromatic herbs and spices to give a nice flavour to your stock. For this tie bay leaf, thyme, parsley, cinnamon stick and black cardamom in a muslin cloth and put this into the boiling stock.

      heat some oil and add some chopped red chilies (red pepper flakes will do as well). cool the oil and use it for this recipe!

      kmp2051 no it also has garlic and about 5 other ingredients! Buy it at an Asian market to get the correct thing. Mike Chen also has a correct recipe on RUclips.

      Tanvi Malik I was minding my business till I saw your rude comment. If you do not like Sanjeev Kapoor's explanation style then why did you come to view his recipe ? even if you did , the least you could do was not say anything rude and be respectfully quiet ! You keep your disgusting comments to yourself and I will mind my own business. Peace

      Samina Rangwala Stop being such a prude. I am entitled to my opinion. I didn't like the video or his work. I commented.
      Before teaching me what to do, learn to respect other people's opinions. They may not necessarily match yours. Boohoo.
      Grow the fuck up and as always, mind your own business.

      Tanvi Malik you are entitled to your opinion, true but you can put it forward in a more respectful and courteous manner. Furthermore you need not use abusive language against me. it is funny that you who does not know how to talk on a public page is asking me to respect your opinion, whereas you cannot even give basic respect
      and instead want to give rude and disrespectful comments.
