I have a similar problem. My digestive problems are also extremely similar to anxiety/panic attacks. My hands will get ice cold (sometimes even sweaty) and my stomach will hurt, and i feel almost like I'm having a panic attack. It usually happens about 30 minutes after I eat. Do you drink a lot of caffeine? I always thought it was the coffee.

Here in the U.K. Heron don’t fish where other heron’ fish, so pond owners take to having a lifelike wooden heron statue made. This stays permanently at the side of the pond and deters any real heron from coming and fishing the pond. Maybe worth a try?

I am relalively new to your channel and I think it's very valuable content. Your presentations are down to earth & refreshing ! When I was a teenager I remember running trout-lines with my great uncle in some 'Bar-Pits' just inside the Levee on the mississippi just to the southeast of Baton Rouge where I grew up. Anyway seeing the fish problem in your pond made me think of some-o-those big buffalo fish my uncle and I would catch while out running those trout-lines. The bad thing about most of those buffalo fish even though they were large like a big red fish, was that you couldn't eat-em cause most of-em had worms ! I caught a big one while we were camping by the river one night and my uncle started laughing cause I thought I'd caught a nice big fish to wrap up in some tin foil to place right next to my baked-patatoe for supper! Then I learned why my uncle was laughing at my excitement!, he knew what kind-a fish it was and the reality was that I was probably gonna have to throw it back and catch me a cat-fish to go with that baked-patatoe on the edge of the coals back at the bond-fire up on the bank !

You can add acid taking HCL tablets before each meal. You can acquier them at health food stores possibly at the drug store/pharmacy. Take 2 with warm water about half hour before a meal. It is important to have a balance of acid and liver function as the liver/pancreas have the digestive juices after the stomach.

It doesn't matter if it's just talking videos we learned so much from you and your voice is just one of those voices that helps calm people. So even if it's just talkin on your videos that would be fine with me but you have to take care of your health brother be safe and God bless from Missouri.

I gotta say, I sure miss those huge survival videos. You and Jere, as well as others, out in the bush eating all you can and trying not to shrivel away. They were awesome and scientific in a way. I hate that ur dealing with all this gut issues. I can't imagine how hard it would be to film the type of videos you did with the issues you had. Not to mention how doing it for money would turn it into a grind. Anything we love to do will be a grind when we do it for a living. I'll watch whatever you put out, on both channels. I love Kevin's channel also and watch every video so I'll be there. Get better and stay there hoss.

I was going to recommend apple cider vinegar. I pour it in a small glass and squeeze half a lemon in with it. Helps with the taste and you get a little more acid from the lemon. I deal with some similar heath issues and it helps me immensely. Good luck and good health to you

About that Heron! Maybe cut a few dozen sticks, 1/2" - 3/4" dia. x 18" long, push into ground near water's edge, staggered and 5' apart, then string mono-filament fish line tightly from stake to stake. Hopefully this will present a "tripping hazard" and obstacle for Heron, causing frustration and getting it to choose another pond. Attach some of those small bells to the line here & there. :)

Chris, I was glad to see your video, yet saddened by your medical challenge. I mentioned your symptoms to my wife because she was/is experiencing the same circumstances as you mentioned in the video, but now she has been recovering from those issues. She stated to check into 'Leaky gut syndrome, a Dr. Steven Gundry has been a champion at helping people get through this problem. Yes, it is a heredity thing and it will take a couple of years to overcome it. I believe it is a worthwhile effort to check out. Neither my wife nor I are medical doctor, but I would like to see you get over this setback. I/We will be praying for you.

Maybe put up a one strand electric fence to keep heron out , get a zap or two he will probably leave and not come back then when clear take down . You take care of your health over everything else, that’s more important than anything else. But glad to see you back and happy doing your thing and showing us .

Suggestion for your fish and their predators, create a safe zone within their habitat. Somewhere in Kevin’s collection there should be some sections of 8” b 2cm culvert pipes like what is used under a driveway. Place them in deeper water along with broken cinderblocks that fish can swim through. Obstacles for predators and hiding spaces for fish.
I appreciate your candor regarding balancing live with RUclips. You are a good man. Remember to take time for your SELF before spending time with others. Greetings from the southern shore of the Great Swamp Erie in NE Ohio. Peace brother.

You can put a decoy Heron in your pond to discourage the real one. Move him around now and then for better success.

You can put string up around the pond, 2 strands a ft apart and it will help keep the Herron out. We put them around our koi pond and they can't stand it
