    Exactly. In contrast to people like Vivek of FitTuber . Vivek is good but he surpasses his limits often, and leymen can get too scared easily. Not everything is cancer causing.. Vivek is right about a lot of things, but overdoes a lot of concepts.. Krish Ashok keeps things practical, but I personally will still stay away from ultra refined food like Maida and Oil (not everyone needs to though)

    Foolish argument about refined oils. Because they are legally required to be fortified argument is stupid. 😂😂😂

    Not sure what his purpose of saying this is...he understands or fails to.. I am not sure...its not that the foods mentioned here are bad in it itself it's their rampant use in processed foods and snacks that is the concern
