Here is a description of each exercise:
SQUATS: chest and head up; weight in heels
PUSH-UPS: place hands slightly wider than shoulders; keep core engaged
REVERSE LUNGES: keep weight in front heel, lower back leg to 90 degrees
PLANK WALKS: feet shoulder width apart; place hand under shoulder

It would've been nicer to have music cues for when you're switching between exercise and rest and also a timer for the 20s exercises. It would not only make this video more helpful, but it would be a lot more accessible (to deaf, blind, etc.) if you had these things!
