- Even without Elrond, Rivendell Elves are making a statement in Arena. However, you will need certain abilities upgraded first to really reach that next level, and resources are scarce. Discussing which abilities are the most important to upgrade first!

Also, I heard the Elrohir's basic is not what retaliates, it is a seperate (lower dmg) attack. This is different than what you say in the video. You might want to look into that.
I've talked to people in my alliance who have been doing testing with elrohir, and his retaliate is absolutely based off his basic attack.
@McMole2 So excited to hear that. During early conversations with those testing in the Theory crafting channel of the official discord, I'd heard the opposite.

Who do you recommend pairing with the 3 elves? Not getting Elrond, so who to put with them in Arena? Eowyn/Eothain or Eomer? Strider and Brute?
Also, Elrohir kinda sucks in Arena. He is way to squishy and the AI just focuses him down. He only gets a single attack in before he dies. The taunt from Elladan doesn’t work because it’s gone in 2 attacks.
Halbarad is really important to pair with the elves since Elrohir and Elladan are both rangers which means they get the max health boost from Halbarad's passive along with Halbarad's extra healing and taunt helping keep Elrohir alive for a little bit longer to get his big hit off at least once
Maybe Halbarad would help. But right now, elves just get destroyed in Arena by lower power teams. They are not good and investing in them was a mistake. Unless you are a whale pouring tons of money into them and getting Elrond, elves are a trap.
Id love to see a thought out breakdown of the following:
1) Which 5 for elrond unlock (if you have access to all)
2) Best Elrond arena squad 5th (Lomion, a troll, or Hal).
So in this scenario who's the fifth in Arena? Ironhide?
I'll have the full team breakdown in a video tomorrow. It's holding up real well without elrond, and only needs 3 of the Rivendell Elves to work

When the whales have unlocked Elrond everyone else will leave and the game will be a wasteland. It’s boring and way too much pay to win…
Just reroll to a different shard. I'm 12k power Mithril 1. Only place pay 2 win exist is shard 1.
