Absolutely! I want to do a video soon where I walk through both shops and then talk about the comparisons and pros and cons to both designs. Stay tuned!

I think you should. It frees up time for you to be creative and put your ideas to work. Have someone else do the things that are easily replicated so that you are free to do what only you can do. There is only one Brie, anyone can be trained to return emails, but who come sip with cool drinks, cool merchandise, ways to honor employees and customers and other cool ideas that will help your business expand. Only you, and Kasey too, so have someone else do what anyone can do so that you can do what only you can do.

Hi! I stumbled upon your channel because I have the same goal in mind. I want to be an entrepreneur and open me own brand of a coffee shop. I currently work as an assistant manager to a company that is local to me with almost 14 locations. This company has been everything to me, and I’ve always done everything I can to move up within the company. Your company and my employer seem very similar. I honestly thought about how I could potentially be a great fit for this role that you may decide you need.. and I also thought about moving to where you guys are to do so. Sadly that doesn’t look like it’s in the books for me😅 I honestly think that you should. As a owner you should not be the one taking care of EVERYTHING. You need “you” time. Becoming stressed out doesn’t help anyone. You never know what your future holds, and your company could and probably will take off and become bigger and bigger. This is only the beginning. Take this time to learn to trust someone else and give them some of your tasks. You’re such an inspiration, please keep doing what you’re doing!❤️🤗

By hiring an assistant, you would be able go devote more of your time and priority into your passions/bussinesses, allowing you to better and grow them. Instead of spending hours doing mundane tasks, you could shot an editorial or another wedding or you could create and perfect something new for the coffee shop. Also, it would prevent burnout and save your mental health.

This so true! I have been wanting to shoot an editorial for awhile now, but haven't had the time to set it up! Thank you for your advice!

Just my opinion.. but your life is more than just your businesses. Yes, your businesses consume a lot of your life and that’s who you are.. but at the end of the day, it’s a job and it’s meant to fund a fun and enjoyable life! You don’t need to be on 24/7, because then you’re not living your life, you’ll instead be living to work. Nobody lives just to work. Get an assistant. Take some time to yourself. Good mental health is good for you, your businesses and your marriage. Do it!

Definitely do it!! You deserve the time to take care of yourself AND put 1000% into your passions. Just because you’re successful doesn’t mean you have to throw away any personal time you ever had.

Definitely yes! Give it a try at least, hire someone for a few weeks and then see how it goes. Of course, you would have to spend more time at the beginning to train someone but probably with the time it would be beneficial with the right person ;)

I remember an exciting story which relates to your case.
An old businessman was standing at the pier of a small coastal village when a small boat with just one fisherman docked. Inside the small boat were few large yellowfin tuna. The businessman complimented him on the quality of his fish.
“How long it took you to catch them?” The businessman asked.
“Only a little while.” The fisherman replied.
“Why don't you stay out longer and catch more fish?” The businessman then asked.
“I have enough to support my family's immediate needs.” The fisherman said.
“But what do you do with the rest of your time?”
The fisherman said, “I sleep late, fish a little, play with my children, walk into the village each evening where I meet my friends, I have a full and busy life, senor.”
The businessman scoffed, “I am a Harvard MBA and could help you. You should spend more time fishing and with the proceeds you buy a bigger boat, and with the proceeds from the bigger boat you could buy several boats, eventually you would have a fleet of fishing boats.”
“Instead of selling your catch to a middleman you would sell directly to the consumers, eventually opening your own can factory. You would control the product, processing and distribution. You would need to leave this small coastal fishing village and move to the city where you will run your expanding enterprise.”
The fisherman asked, “But senor, how long will this all take?”
    The businessman replied, “15-20 years.”
    “But what then, senor?”
“That's the best part. When the time is right you would announce an IPO (Initial Public Offering) and sell your company stock to the public and become very rich, you would make millions.”
    “Millions, senor? Then what?”
"You will live in a peaceful coastal village, sleep late, play with your children, walk into the village each evening where you can meet your friends."
The fisherman finally concluded: "I am doing this all time."
Hope that this story helped & I would recommend hiring an assistant.
