Things have gotten a bit hectic in my life but I feel SO much better after deep cleaning my home, sorting out all my notifications and reorganizing the apps on my phone. Getting organized in this way feels like decongesting my life. I LOVE it. And now with a clean slate and some peace of mind, I feel motivated to get everything that I need to do done before Christmas.

Honestly, I have cleared out so many of my YT subscriptions lately - just not feeling good about a lot of them - and have decided to just keep the ones that give me inspiration and just are 'feel good' vibes (hello you!). 13:00 Hundreds of emails used to stress me out so much too... I found that if you take a minute to scroll to the bottom of spam emails, they usually have an "Unsubscribe" button. It's generally one or two clicks and they actually stop sending you more emails. Some websites are more annoying than others, but I found that taking these few minutes helped me reduce spam emails IMMENSELY! If you have multiple email account, I also recommend using a mail program like Outlook or Apple Mail to help you sort them all in one place. You got this Morgan!

I LOVE a good declutter. I used to never be able to keep a clean home and then I realized... I can't clean clutter. So I've been trying to maintain a Marie Kondo/Flylady life style of only keeping what sparks joy and making sure it all has a home. And your hair is gorgeous! I love the natural multiple colors and it looks very silky. I had super long hair as a child and then donated it to locks of love. I have been on a journey ever since to figure out and embrace my unruly curls haha. A

I actually love cleaning and organizing videos, they're some of my favorite. I definitely appreciate that you donate your hair. Because my hair is naturally an afro that falls off in clumps when cut, I am actually unable to donate my hair because it's impossible for people to use, so I always tease my friends that they have to pick up my slack lol.
I have watched many of your videos and find your content very enjoyable. You are right about feeling overwhelmed by too much disorganization. I feel so refreshed mentally when I have a good tidy up! You inspired me to gut my email which was over 2000 . I’m unsubscribed to a lot of the business ones now so that should help. Take care!
what a perfect end to and beginning of the week I recently went out and got baskets to reorganize my kitchen/pantry it feels amazing clearing replacing and getting rid of so much you do not use or have a need for any longer . . I am super old school and prefer to "hand wash" my dishes have never cared for having a dishwasher seems like double work after all you still need to somewhat clean to place in the dishwasher lol

The old saying is "Cleanliness is next to godliness". Usually, cleaning my house is not my favorite thing to do. However, you put so much passion into it. I think the day I buy my new home, I think I will have more desire to do more cleaning. I heard that it is very therapeutic.
I know I’m a little late to the game but my family uses seventh generation dishwasher soap and it works really well. Another one I’ve heard off is called drops!
Spotty dishes = hard water, we struggle with it as well. The best dishwasher detergent I have found is Cascade Platinum pacs, but not sure how environmentally friendly it is.
I clean my house now and I also take a break for dinner and watch this vlog. 😄

Dropps dishwashing pods! I use the unscented ones and they work great!
5:45 For dishwasher hard water spots, try a bowl/ramekin/mug filled with white vinegar on the top rack with your other dishes. Hope that helps!
Hi Morgan! For the dishwasher, I used the detergent, and I also add some white vinegar in the other little compartment for liquid! Helps a lot with the "soap stain"! As always, great vlog!

Try vinegar in the rinse thingy in the dishwasher. The place where you would put Jet Dry.

I absolutely love cleaning/organizing time lapses! It makes me feel like I’ve also somehow cleaned my house haha. I keep telling myself that my project for January is going to be sorting through my photos, emails, notes, etc. It’s a big project but you make it seem doable!

Try adding some vinegar straight to the dishwasher along with the detergent to help with the spots! 😊😊
I agree- I do the same thing. Just like 1/4 -1/2 cups worth in the dishwasher basin. I use vinegar as my “fabric softener” in the washing machine too. Same thing for shower liner curtains (throw in the washing machine with vinegar and big towel) to get out the hard water stains.

I absolutely love the satisfaction of cleaning/organizing and actually have been working on it all week!💛 I could never get it all done in one day though (you are Amazing!!) as I get way to detailed looking over each item, reminiscing and deciding what to get rid of. I use Ecos brand liquid detergent (they have it at New Seasons in Portland) and it mostly works but I do get some spots on glasses so I'm going to try the vinegar hack others have mentioned here! ✨ I need to do the same with my pictures and have been avoiding it all year 😭 I love your plan to work on it in sections. i went on a huge cleaning spree this weekend but ive put off a digital cleaning for far too long (i am THAT person who has thousands of useless photos...). this inspired me to finally bite the bullet...pray for me haha!
Hi, for your dishwasher you may try doing your own detergent if you can, it is generally less expensive and you put less weird things in it. Also I love your hair, Thanks for you to talk about donating it, I have a disease and I do'nt have hair and natural hair wig are so expensive (at least in France) so thank you for talking about it and for acting about it

Great vlog. I’m a little bit behind on the vlogmas so going to catch up with the few that I’ve missed but I love that you’re doing the 12 days instead it feels less rushed I think, if that makes sense. I’m definitely someone who cleans my house just before Christmas, it’s something that my mum always got us to do when we were growing up and it kind of just stayed with me as I got older so now I do it in my own home. Yesterday I have my bathroom a thorough clean and it felt so good once it was done. I really need to sort through my laptop and clear that out but I think it’s something I’m going to leave until June next year when I finish uni. Thanks for another great vlog can’t wait for the next one, now off to catch up on the others ❤️

Sadly with hard water here in Portland it’s either use eco soap and have spots or use conventional soap for better results. 😕 I find with plastic things it might just be better to hand wash to avoid spots.

I’ve tried a shameful number of dishwashing detergents (including making my own) based on eco friendliness. So far the only one that has worked for me is Dropps (online only subscription service).
I use dropps too for dishwasher and laundry detergent and they work great! Also love they have carbon neutral shipping!
You say your half way through vlogmas but that makes me sad that you will visit less and I will miss your face every few days. Instead ( well as well as) doing veganuary let me be the first to suggest you do a Moreganuary!! Then we get to see you for longer!!
