Have you ever heard of the vagus (pronounced like Last Vegas) nerve? It's a nerve on the back of your neck responsible for bringing spinal fluid up to the brain. Daily life has made this nerve congested in all of us. If you give it a little scratch with your eyes closed it will increase circulation and spinal fluid up to your brain. Will really calm you down and help with panic. It's a thick nerve that connects your neck to your brain. 🙏 Do this daily to keep it working.
Same here. I'm going through a tough time with my anxiety at the moment and Morgans video popped up on my recommended vids. It was just what I needed to feel more calm and at peace!!

You went to Harlow's! Of course you did. I love it there. Have you ever tried Vtopia? ... I just bought How to Be a Moonflower. How could I not, it's so beautiful. I've been spending a lot of time in the garden between storms and now have about 95% of the veggies planted. My hands and arms feel like a human pincushion from all the pruning and digging, so this forecast rainy weekend I plan to be cozy and read and drink tea and ... yep, that's about it.

Oh I love Julie Andrews! And The Sound of Music! Have you ever read the Von Trapp Family Singers book? So good! A bit different from the movie with lots more detail. She was still feisty and amazing! AND thanks for the You've Got Mail vibe! Love! Watched it over 100 times and revisit it often. When my daughter and son and I went to NYC we revisited Zabar's and Riverside Park and the Starbucks etc.! Lastly our golden retriever is named Brinklee...2 "e's" because she is a girl. Thanks always...
