Valhalla has the same game director of Black Flag and Origins, which are some of my favourite Assassin's Creed games!

UNMOVIED PRODUCTIONS that’s fine as long as they don’t rely on it so heavily like odyssey did. Don’t get me wrong I enjoyed the game and it suited the lore they was pushing but it needs to be downplayed in Valhalla.

UNMOVIED PRODUCTIONS I loved Odyssey. It’s very different but it feels like a prequel to a lot of AC’s, so does Origins. Kassandra became one of my favorite characters too. Valhalla is supposed to be an RPG but very in depth, with better customization and we get to run and upgrade a Viking settlement which sounds awesome

Was so hyped because of pirates, but i hated the fact that i was forced to farm, in order to upgrade my ship.
And you couldnt progress until you had. I have not been able to finish an Assassins creed game ever since except for syndicate.

Achara genuinely means what she says. It's a matter of having time. We run two channels with a combined following of 1.54 million subscribers. It's not easy to make time for let's plays which we actually have been doing on the other channel.

rambeck brad you’d be surprised. I actually think games in particular are a pain in the ass to set up recording/streaming for if you don’t have a designated permanent setup for it. In any case, I‘ll explore the possibility of streaming the AC games I have on Xbox for this channel.

Does kinda look like him. I still wish they kept Desmond alive. Dumbest decision they've ever made. Those that came after him just aren't interesting, didn't make me feel invested anymore. From Black Flag we play the modern parts in first person so I don't even care who it was. Then we have Layla, who I don't really care for either. She felt like she's a random NPC from Watch Dogs 2 or something (funny because apparently AC and WD share the same universe).

They’ve made cinematic trailers for every assassins creed like this, it’s actually what they’re really good at how they hook a lot of people in every time. You should check assassins creed revelations and assassins creed III cinematic trailers if you haven’t seen them. They’re one of the best.
Yeah they're all pretty dope. And then the gameplay would look vastly different, most of the time they're hit or miss.

It was actually very similar to the war scene in the ac3 world premiere trailer. I think they notice how people still talk about that trailer and just used that war sequence as inspiration.
Assassin's Creed Blackflag is my favorite I completely mastered the ship battles. Now I will definitely be getting this.

@@coreycasciano3255 just a heads up in case you didnt know, i dont know about this one yet, but most of the older ac cinematics are done by digic pictures, they are a cg studio that has done many cinematics for many other triple a games as well. contrary to popular belief, most of the game studios dont make their own cinematics for their games. only dev i know who has their own in-house cinematics team is obviously blizzard, they make their own animations. they are still at top of their game in my opinion.

The Norse did indeed make it to the east coast of Canada (they called it Vinland), but they didn't just "bounce and leave". The reason historians nowadays consider it secured knowledge is because the remnants of norse settlements have been found in the area. Why DID they eventually leave? Well: most likely the natives (who had been there for millenia) weren't the biggest fans of some foreigners just rolling up and burning down their villages to build their own on the ashes and gave them a good ass-kicking. (Contrary to popular belief, America was already fully settled by the natives when Europe reached it's shores - after all they've been there for 12,000 years and longer - and there was little to no habitable land left. The reason the people on the Mayflower later found some was, because other ships from Europe had already been there in the years before and had traded with the natives - and through that had accidentally spread diseases that killed thousands of people and depopulated the east coast of the modern day USA)
Okay so the assasin stuff I got from this is that the main character is already an assasin or became an assasin before that fight, the guy on the horse is definetly a templar cause he saw the hidden blade, knew what it was, and looked terrified like he was gonna be next, and this version of Odin could possibly be an assasins if the raven is suppose to be this games version of the eagle
That's what I was thinking too. When the King was speaking, you see the guy smirk, like he was telling the King lies about the Vikings, making them go to war with one another. The moment he saw the blade, he knew exactly what it was and realized who the man was.
I have been playing assassins creed on my channel and it's been a great experience.. Especially loved black flag and Odyssey

Arguably only the first 2 games were actual assassins creed games. They actually had a secret society whereas everything else since has focused more about “Ooh, how cool would it be if we chucked assassins into this historical context!” Disguises and deception have long been dropped in favour of parkour and building climbing in daylight.

its a cinematic trailer, not in-game, its mentioned in the title of the video..btw I would recommend AC2 and Black Flag if you want to experience classic AC gameplay, and for a modern approach, the latest ones Origins and Odyssey are pretty good!

I hope in this game they have the Norse monsters and Assassin's Creed Origins you fought the Gods and Assassin's Creed Odyssey you fought the Greek monsters including two of my favorites Medusa and the Minotaur and now in Assassin's Creed Valhalla I pray that they put the monsters in there because in Norse mythology it had monsters in it too and that's what I'm looking forward to right there
That's where I stopped playing Assassin's Creed...monsters...RPG elements were welcome, but the addition of monsters and the making it go blades out and completely disregarding stealth made it just another RPG out there, not Assassin's Creed.
@@7174hulk there are still stealth options tho, it depends on how you play it. in Odyssey you have Assassin skill tree.

On the topic of the inspiration of the war scene in this trailer, this is just my own theory on it : Assassins Creed 3's first trailer is considered to be one of the best ac trailers ever made. If you watch that one, towards the end of that trailer there is a big war scene, just like this one. There was even a guy at the top of the hill (George Washington in that game), observing the battle, just like there is here. You should react to that trailer and see the similarities. Lol.

Valhalla is an afterlife for someone who dies a warriors death. The Vikings welcomed death. So when the old man that died it wasn’t a sad moment but a happy one.
