This was one of the first minecraft mods I ever saw, and it's also one of the first mods I ever installed, it definitely has a special place in my heart. The ur-ghast tower is easily my favorite dungeon in modded minecraft, and the moonworm queen might just be my favorite item in modded minecraft
my favorite trophy is the ur ghast trophy, it's pretty cool tho it have animation the design is really really cool and you can wear it on your head but it's still pretty hard to defeat though
This mod is so big it's like an entire game in it's self and I barely see it get talked about. It's one of those mods everyone knows but doesn't get as much attention as it deserves. Thank you, German lady.

Squeaker isn't everyone with a high voice , it's a insult directed towards kids that, besides having a high voice, speak very loudly or scream in voice chat ( ongames, discord, ect) and that usually aren't well spoken (vocabulary wise) and use a lot of a profanity. The person in the video only has one of those aspects, a high voice, but is well spoken, if he wasn't, there woulden't be comments saying that they like the accent or her voice
The main dev was occupied (and got pissed about people pushing the team to finish the Castle if I remember correctly). I'm so glad that they have done it

it's nice seeing Twilight Forest still getting some love, but i really wish they'd have focused on finishing the mod before porting everything to the latest version every time.
Then the mod would have died like Witchery and Thaumcraft. Or like Botania almost did. It's a _really_ stupid thing for a mod to do because the code has to be partially rewritten and changed from version to version. If a mod stays in a version to finish... don't expect to see it ported to newer versions vecause if they wait like... 2 updates, they'll likely have to redo all the coding from scratch, which is unbelievably demotivating and likely to cause the devs to quit. Tl:dr You might as well wish for the mod to die.
Out of all the bosses, The Ur-Ghast is the only formidable opponent against OP endgame players especially without an Unobtainium Armor and the ability of flight or staying mid-air like the Multi-Jump X from Cyclic or a jetpack from Mekanism.

I remember when I was way much younger, excited to play with this mod as I had no idea there was such thing as mods, the experience was awesome, getting something new after quite long time, I really love how this mod improved, and it's awesome that they still work on it
Gotta say, I really appreciate that you killed all of the bosses in survival (and honestly I couldn't tell if you did the whole run in survival, so big kudos to you)
I have played this mod since before ur-ghast, when the towerwood citadels were there but empty, and carminite golems were iron golems with WIP plastered on their chests... in my eyes, twilight forest will always be the true successor to the aether by the feelings it elicits alone
These minecraft mods are epic. I remember building the super giant mushrooms with the Mushroom Blocks and hollowing out the caps to make bases in them. The spots would be colored glass to act as windows and I'd even provide a roof hatch and ladder. Pretty fun. : )
At first, I couldn't believe that this was video from 2021!! Omg, so many things from the past are coming back again :'3 This mod is one of the most iconic ones out there... I'm so happy that it's still alive and in development, just like The Aether mod :'3
This was I believe the first ever mod I got, I remember playing it with friends when we discovered we all had it, whenever we do modded now with other people, we all make sure that any mod pack we do has the Twilight Forest, as no matter what you will still feel the mysterious aura the dimension has and how good it is for making a base in that dimension, and how most of the items, biomes or structures in the twilight forest were so unique, and now we are in a modded amp where we are the only group that bases in the twilight. I can’t wait to see what the upcoming challenges are with the final castle.
This has all ways been one of my Fav mods in modded MC. I love it so much I built a bock for block copy of the Litch tower on the server I play on. I really wish it will get finished one day. Thanks so much for a walk down Memory lane.
Fun fact: You can shield-stun the Naga and leave it vulnerable, just like you can with Ravagers. I found out about this little trick on accident while I was fighting the Naga
I upgraded Valhesia to the newest version yesterday. I saw the Twilight Forest but it didn't caught my attention that much as I played a lot of Direwolf 1.12 back in the days. I stumbled upon this video just by watching minecraft content. I finally figured out that one of my favourite mods has been updated 😄 After all these years ! So glad to know that the dev team done it even after the whole community pushing them to work on it Thank you I'm gonna look around those new features 😊
