Yours looks amazing! I love the tip about the pot in pot cooking the rice at the same time. So clever!

Is it rice vinegar or rice wine??? I’m a little confused on which one to get… excited to try this recipe!
Rice wine vineger :) It is sold with the other vinegars or in the Asian section of your grocery store.
