I love my Kindle. My only issue is that it causes me to read books so fast that I forget that I even read them lol. There have been times where I check a book out from the library, only to realize I already read it years ago on Kindle
I had a kindle in high school ,honestly i have never read so many books in my life ever except for that period, Its perfect , I also love the dark mode. I am purchasing one for myself , thanks for sharing
I’ve been using my Kindle Paperwhite for 5-6 years now. They’re so durable, and I carry it with me everywhere! Best purchase ever. I like to carry tiny bags but always make sure they can fit my Kindle 😊 Great video!
I love my Kindle, and for all of the reasons you said. ESPECIALLY reading at night/in the dark. I mostly read late into the night and I love that I can keep my lights off while I read. I’m thinking of changing to the paper white so this was helpful!
I love my Kindle. I have a 32gb paperwhite version 10 with no intention to upgrade anytime soon. As I have gotten older I have found I don't want to hold a very heavy book and read. I also don't want to haul heavy books on my vacation. This little device is lightweight and easy to bring with me to work, doctor appointments, or any place I might have a bit of free time to read. I enjoyed your review.

I’m going to try dark mode now! I saw it in the setting and blew it off even though I wasn’t sure what it did. I’ve been using the warmth setting for reading at night. Also, at least in the US, you can connect your library card to Overdrive and borrow books on the Kindle. Also also there’s no difference between the adult paper white and the kids. It’s cheaper, the warranty is 2 years instead of one, it automatically comes ad free and you get a cover included.
I have been through 2 kindles so far. I loved it and used to read a lot. Then life happened lol. I am slowly getting back into reading. I now have a tablet with I mostly watch movies on while working from home.
I have the Kindle Scribe 📝 with the pro pencil ✏️ and the Kindle Paperwhite, enjoy both options. When I am at home I enjoy reading on Kindle Scribe 10.2” screen and when I am out and about I take Kindle Paperwhite.
I’m a paperback girlie but I’m crushing so hard on the agave green kindle. Have to research a bit more but I’ll save my paperbacks for my series by beloved authors and randoms, recommendations or new authors and generator the kindle. If I don’t like it it won’t be on my book shelf
I’ve only ever bought about 5 ebooks and nearly all my physical books were used (with the exception of books I really wanted and were early releases or rare to find). Most physical books were much cheaper than the kindle version so we’ll have to see how many ebooks I actually end up buying. I had Hoopla originally with my library but learned that hoopla doesn’t work with kindle, so I’ve just downloaded Libby to try out.
My Kindle Fire became obsolete so tried reading on my ipad but on Prime Day got a new Paperwhite for half price. Very happy with it and one of my favorite features is it's waterproof. I carefully read it at the beach and in the bathtub and worry a little less about ruining it. I still like to read real books, usually either from the library or ordered from Thriftbooks online. The only thing I don't like about kindle is not being able to give my books to someone after I read it which is what I usually do with real books. It seems like a waste to have all those books stored on the kindle that I'll never read again. Still I wouldn't want to be without it.
I'm so happy you're enjoying your new Kindle, reading on iPad is definitely not the same for me. That's so true about not being able to share books, I've never thought about that.
I bought a Kindle on Black Friday for a decent price and have used it since....but I may return it. It's easy to read on, but that's seems to be its only perk. It's sooooo slow. The app has better features, like being able to scroll rather than turn pages, and I underestimated how much I would miss color. I have some time to try to adjust to it, but I may just stick to the Kindle app on my iPad or phone.
Do you think it needs a protection shield? I bought one today but am not satisfied since it is very glossy, and the guy in the shop didn't adjust it properly. So I think to either change it with another company or leave it anyway. But I have the feeling that the new kindle PW generation gets scratches more easily than older generations
Is there any chance for more book content? I'm a casual reader, and I love to see more people who don't collect books like me. I'm kindle girl, and if I like the book, I may purchase but have a lot of shelves is not my thing 😅

This helps so much! It’s against my nature to wait for things but I’m gonna bide my time!
Thank you! I cant wait that long. I really want it now.

Funny, I use dark mode on everything BUT the kindle! Warm light for me

OoH thanks for that! I hope you liked dark mode!
I’ve had my same paper white for at least 5 years. Still works great
Great video! My favorite things about my Kindle are being able to highlight and reading in bed with the low light.

It’s so funny how things change I barely have time to read these days and I miss it so much!
I feel like you could talk me into buying anything 🌱
🤣🤣🤣🤣
I love my Kindle so much! I got it last year as a Christmas present and I don’t regret it at all.
Team Kindle all day

I still have my original first addition kindle with the keyboard. I have 3 kindles, including the new paper white which is wonderful to read on.

The 11th gen base model kindle does now have dark mode which is Great.
That’s great!
Yes and also have higher resolution, it's even sharper than the paperwhite. I own both versions and prefer the basic
Great video. I just purchased one myself and I am so excited lol😊
I hope you love it 🫶🏾

Such a great video! Thanks for being so informative! You’ve helped inspired me to get back into reading my Kindle! ☺️
