Great video, but IU does not have “one of the weakest remaining schedules in college football.” Not even close. They still play Ohio State, Michigan and Nebraska. It’s not a murderers row, but it’s not the ACC or Big 12, let alone a group of 5 school schedule. Come on now.
So excited for Cignetti and the IU faithful! Purdue sucks, Michigan and Ohio State suck too 😂 He's a great coach and will continue to build up the Hoosiers! I had no idea he is 63 tho, dang, I was hoping he was in his mid 50's. I wonder how long he'll be Indianas head coach? Go Buckeyes!
Weakest schedule??!! Washington, Michigan State, Michigan and the Spector of OSU looming and Purdue. Not exactly weak…. Let’s not forget they crushed Nebraska 56-7!!!! I think UM and MSU are ripe for the picking. UW not all that good like most old PAC 12 schools. And Purdue is well…. Purdue. But it is the Oaken Bucket game. 4-1 is legit here?
IU has fielded some competive teams the past 20 years, the difference now is they appear to have plenty of depth, which is what holds any middle of the road college team back. They should stomp northwestern, and I think with a bye week to prep... they'll beat the Cornhuskers.... will be awesome to see happen... 7-0!
16:45. In looking at Indiana's schedule, I think 11-1 is possible. Nebraska should be a tough opponent, but they are beatable if you make Dylan Raiola uncomfortable, and you have a great quarterback. Illinois beat Nebraska that way and I think IU may also be able to do so as well. Washington is no slouch (they just beat Michigan), but they are also beatable. Washington is too undisciplined to beat good teams, it seems. Michigan State is looking rough, per usual. Michigan doesn't have a quarterback. Ohio State is virtually a guaranteed loss, but if Vanderbilt can beat Alabama, then I suppose any win is possible. Purdon't should lose big to IU this year. They just got blown out 52-6 by Wisconsin and haven't beaten an FBS team this year.
they have a real chance of being undefeated before they play Ohio State at Ohio State. And Indiana always plays us hard even when they suck. It's gonna be another hell of a game of two highly ranked teams by then.
The guy who posted this video makes the following statement: "...they (Indiana) have one of the weakest schedules remaining in college football...." I guess he didn't notice that they have Nebraska, Michigan, and Ohio State remaining on the schedule - with Michigan and Ohio State back to back. That is not one of the weakest schedules in college football.
I mean they have money being in the Big Ten. Not sure about IU being a "sleeping giant" of any kind, but I don't think Cignetti leaves after one year for a new job.
Brother... Between 1987 & 1991 the Hoosiers boasted 2 Heisman candidates, an All Pro kicker (P. Stojanovich) and a 6 year starting QB for the Chiefs (Trent Green). I ain't mad but, we beat Michigan AND Ohio State in the same season during those years. Just saying. BA'91
This coach never built this program from the ground up. He brought in 4,5, and 6 year plyers who have had a lot of experience and talent and some had already played for him. With his "FAT EGO", I hope someone shuts him up before the end of the season.
1) Indiana is playing a very weak schedule. I don't blame new coaches that plan weak schedules their first year. 2) Indiana can now buy players to come, but will they stay at Indiana . 3) Indiana will still get Toilet Bowl ,even if they only lose 3 games m because the wins are Pansy's .
I have always had a soft spot for Indiana football, it is so cool to see the Hoosiers doing well :)

Shoot me an email @safisher2000@gmail.com
You left out coach Bill Mallory. He had some GREAT teams in the 80s. Came within a game of winning the Big Ten in 1987.
You should do a video on the downfall of cu. From a powerhouse in the late 80s/90s to solid in the early 2000s, to falling off a cliff
Kalen DeBoer and Shane Womack were more the impetus for IUs success in 19 & 20
Weakest schedule??!!
Big question is how long does he stay at indiana
5:31 They beat UConn 38-3
Ahhhh shit we're losing that Bucket this year 😭😭😭
Not gunna lie, I’m glad IU is doing good.. honestly tired of seeing the good schools win all the time (OSU, Penn State, and Michigan) 😂.
they have a real chance of being undefeated before they play Ohio State at Ohio State. And Indiana always plays us hard even when they suck. It's gonna be another hell of a game of two highly ranked teams by then.
The guy who posted this video makes the following statement: "...they (Indiana) have one of the weakest schedules remaining in college football...."
I guess he didn't notice that they have Nebraska, Michigan, and Ohio State remaining on the schedule - with Michigan and Ohio State back to back. That is not one of the weakest schedules in college football.
You should have started with the fact that cignetti was in the saban coaching tree. Lol of course he's good
Ez schedule ............hav u seen florida schedule omg??? Indiana got it really really ez
This aged well.
Calling IU a sleeping giant is officially the funniest comment I’ve ever seen. Coach is gone after this year. Nobody will ever stay and build there
I mean they have money being in the Big Ten. Not sure about IU being a "sleeping giant" of any kind, but I don't think Cignetti leaves after one year for a new job.
Cignetti is a breath of fresh air, Tom Allen was embarrassing
They got a Shanahan thats how they’re doing so good😂
Can't wait to see them beat Ohio State in Ohio.
Ben Davis was a powerhouse these days they’re horribile
31 transfers? I think it was 13 players from JMU.
Ten of those JMU transfers started against Michigan
IU is 10-0 now! GO IU!!
CROWN POINT ❤️🤍
Go Indiana
Any pro players on this Hoosiers team?
Rourke maybe
Omar cooper(sophomore)
Ty son Lawton
He’s short but D’angelo ponds
James carpenter
@@RowenboatCurtis Rourke is popping off
@@h25c1 yeah it’s just bc he’s old that’s causing concerns
@@h25c1 but he a dawg

Thank you for recognizing our state as The basketball state and not silly Connecticut.
I'm 31 UConn has won multiple men's and women's titles. Indiana hasnt won any. One wins the other doesn't
@@joanna4754 Outside of UConn what kind of decent basketball is there in Connecticut we’ve also won 5 mens titles
Theres no decent baskebtall in indiana either and dont bring up the overrated ass pacers @@h25c1
UConn is good but that's really it. Indiana, Kentucky and North Carolina are the states I think of when it comes to basketball
IU going to go a Minimum of 9-3 and max 11-1
HOO-HOO-HOO-HOOSIERS
They HAVE to rank and HAVE to win a bowl game.
BA'91
Salad days.
I don't even know what to think., we are 6-0
Indiana is 20x better than USC right now. They would bet USC by 35 points
I hate stupid titles like "the impossible". No tf its not weirdo
This coach never built this program from the ground up. He brought in 4,5, and 6 year plyers who have had a lot of experience and talent and some had already played for him. With his "FAT EGO", I hope someone shuts him up before the end of the season.
Damn
6-0 now😉
Well I look forward to an Indiana loss with the release of this video. Last team he highlighted (UCF) also lost immediately after being spotlighted.
Head coach will be gone next year with what he has done at IUFB haha
Holy shit. Six and a half minutes in and we are getting a review of the 1947 season? When does the subject matter promised in the title start?
RAHHHHH 8-0
Most beautiful? Please.
