Happiness is wanting what you get in life very simple. No resistance but complete surrender to the now. Beyond duality and time in the eternal now. I found this man when I was a teenager. Now I am old but his teaching changed me. Awareness of yourself as you really are not as you pretend to be. There are no problems outside of the ego. There is something higher than your own struggling mind. Let yourself go, let go of everything all your fear anxiety because the ego loves itself. Sit with your misery don't run away from it and a higher force will replace your emptiness over time. Nothing can hurt you ever. Live in perfect peace and contentment now here just accept you can't do it yourself because a problem can't solve itself.

I have been meditating for 5yrs and tried many distorted practices to quiet the ego's chatter, but only when my practice is effortless do I experience total freedom. In my experience, JK explains so well why freedom only comes when there is no distortion or seperation.

That desire to protect yourself from negative energies is fear itself. When you realize the true power of that Divine Light within you, you will also realize that Love & Light naturally overpowers fear.
Thus, when one becomes free of fear, what is there left to protect?

    • @MirageandReality
      @MirageandReality 4 года назад +8

I disagree, protecting yourself and others is love itself. You can take the same action but from love not fear. If we didnt protect our children none of us would practically, physically be here, and/or would be traumatised. The children should have been protected at Brockwood park school and some of them werent and it did a lot of damage. Mothers and fathers dont protect from fear, if they did they wouldnt be very good protectors, as they would be too weak. Its completely and utterly impractical to think that divine light will do it by itself just because you sat there and thought about it. That sort of thinking in the clouds has done a great deal of damage due its tendency to make people neglectful, both of yourself and of others. Just because you dont have an ego doesnt mean the negative things have suddenly disappeared. Just because you see through illusion doesnt mean the fire still wont burn you. You are still here on this physical plane. I plead with people to stay practical.

      Steady in the Light
I believe they’re talking about negative energies only. The new age movement is ripe with “good vibes only”, and it’s hurting rather than healing, for its informed by fear. When we see another harmed or in need- love calls us to help, not out of a need to protect, but out of a greater compassion that is not attached to the circumstances, person or the outcome of our actions. It simply comes from love.

A mind that is free would have the intuition to solve the world's problems and make the world a better place. Its a paradox, because also have to let go of such a desire in order to get there... Only a mind that is free of the belief systems, would be able to see solutions (without trying to find them). We say we want to be free but then we dont realise that actually means let go of any static codification of what we think is knowledge, let go of attachment all the new age theories, let go of the bhagavad gita, let go of all attachment to the scientific theories, and theories about life, about politics. We fight with other on these ideas instead of collaborating with each other to find out. But what were these ideas except a projection and creation of ourselves?
Who is truly read to let go of everything they think they know? I
t's very painful to do that. K never speaks about how painful it is.. Its painful because your brain releases stress chemicals - the reason it does this is because it is designed to attach its survival and identity to those ideas. Some people have build their ENTIRE LIVES around an idea. Who of them would be ready to go through the pain of letting go of their entire lives? Isnt there more to see here?...
The other reason its so hard to be free is because we are always accepting another person's authority over us simply because of the 'image' they project. We do not trust ourselves. We are unable to actually see the truth or non-truth of what the person is saying because we either assume that person is better than us or, less than us- we dont LOOK, we are not free of these things. We accept authority also because we want to be seen as 'good' by the people around us. We accept authority as children because the ideas have been programmed into the subconscious as children when the brain was in an alpha brainwave state. Therefore, changing all this also requires you work with your subconscious. You cant just sit there and think about it also...
I also think that K did not discuss enough about the question of meaning. We search for meaning because it helps us survive - it helps us get up in the morning. If anyone read for example, Victor Frankl "Man's Search for Meaning" they would know that the ones that survived the horrible trials of the concentration camp were the ones who found a meaning to get them through... I haven't seen anyone discuss ever the question of how painful the actual experience is of letting of a meaning, and how to practically get through that pain... and sometimes there are genuine situations where it has helped people stay alive, and they wouldn't stayed alive without it. The brain has been constructed that way by nature for a reason, and that is exactly the reason it will try to stop you from letting go of this...
What I am asking myself is, is there a way to let go of meaning and still have the strength be able to go on, especially when one has to face a very challenging physical situation? We all need goals to be in this physical reality... maybe the key is to have the goal, a working hypothesis and let go of it at the same time.
Or maybe its a question of connecting to your soul's purpose, which is beyond an idea, or its both?
My opinion is that part of the reason its so hard to understand K is that so much of it is far away from how to bring it down and apply it practically in every day life... he lived a different life to most of us. He was given all the money he needed to live, he didn't need to think about survival or money.

If the human life/experience /consciousness had any intrinsic meaning, it would have already been discovered and made universally know and accepted.
Of course it's hard to go on once you become CONSCIOUSLY aware of the universal meaninglessness.
The most practical question then is: do I prefer to accept the almost unbearable truth (meaninglessness) or shall I choose between the infinite desirable lies/delusions (religions, karma, transcendantalism etc..)
Or shall I commit suicide hence eliminate all sorts of awareness? (do you have any awareness of yourself before becoming who you are today?)
What's your opinion about my opinion 🤔

You are still focused on the world as some external thing to fix. There is no world to fix, only original true conscious to awaken to , undistorted by the egoic mind and it's lower ways. The path to spiritual freedom is within. It is beyond the mechanics of everything you are suggesting. Understanding spiritually, is much different than the perceived understanding that comes from intellect. Knowing how things work in the world, creativity etc. Having theories etc. Logical assessment of how things may mechanically operate in the physical world, and understanding of freedom when one understands their consciousness and BEING, not doing, is beyond the mechanics of all these outer assessments, identities and so forth, it is easy to let go of the false sense of self. It is not painful to YOU, it is painful to the ego, the superficialness. And only when one dies to that which is not, does one begin to awaken to that which is. This is why meditation is necessary, it is the physical activity of entering stillness. In stillness the mins ceases and consciousness returns to it's point of origin. When energy ceases to expel itself outward, in the ambition of worldly things, it incubates itself inward. And that is the beginning of discovering the true self. Logic, reason, calculations based on the mind, which can never experience enlightenment because it is beyond such a process, one cannot attain enlightenment or self realization through mechanical means. The path is within. And it must be practiced as a life path. That is liberation of the Soul and freeing the soul. And there is no death when you are birthed into truth. There is only death of the mind, that thinks itself to be something it isn't.

He is not saying that there is only one mind, but that our minds operate the same. Like many individual computers which run on the same operating system.

It sounds similar to Taoism... effortless living by flowing with life without any resistance...

to understand ourselves intellectually one can listen to JK, but to have a radical change in oneself, one has to understand all this on experiential level, for an ordinary person it is improbable.

Forget the flesh beneath skin, remember what makes it alive. The very feeling of living is you. In between space, between galaxies, between atoms, between nucleus and electrons. Ask your liveliness what is that which is bridge the gap of consciousness anf flesh is all awareness. Awareness is living but just identified with flesh.

Rather than fearing attachment , rather than worrying about thinking what will happen if you lose someone , enjoy the attachment and accept the detachment.
Death happens with body , not with “I”.
