    TRUTH!!!!
I am Arab, and I KNOW this to be true and I defend it!
I wear an Ankh around my neck as to honour the Black people which are the original ones on this planet (proud to descend from them even though I'm not black), and they always keep asking me "why do you wear a crucifix around your neck? Are you christian?", and the same Arabs claim to be descended from the Pharoahs.
I ask: "if you say that the true Egyptians were Arabs, then how could you possibly mistake an Ankh for a crucifix?"

The oral tradition is more powerful, than books. My family also has a long oral tradition, culture and religious rituals goes back to 1760 in Georgetown, SC. I know, the African enslaved (prisoners) were called "Geechee" in our family are from Sierra Leone, West Africa in a port city there, and brought to Sullivan Island , in Charleston then Georgetown County, SC and on Pyatt Plantation (mother said), and married Cherokee and Portuguese Jews. Mother told me her grandfather (born 1875) said "We are from Africa, we're Africans." Thank you Dr. Edward Robinson for sharing.

+Sadie Day Pasha I’m from Texas, here we used to be known as Tejani (Texas Black Indians). My parents in N. Louisiana are Cane River Creoles. My mother’s grand-father was Geechee who’s parents were from S. Carolina. Those people who migrated from the coastal areas (N.C, S.C, GA, etc) were known as Gullah. These people came from The West African coastal area (from the Gambia to Angola). The names Gullah (N’Golla) and Krio are from Africa. My point: we are all the same people. Black Indians, Creoles, Geechee, Gullah, Gambian, Liberian,N’Gollan, Krio and Congolese are all the same people. All of us are part of the Songhai nation.Btw, most Geechee people were ether free or held captive by "native Americans". Our story is an interesting one!

The wicked carried us away captivity" I somehow knew it was my people this psalm was talking about. It made me so sad and I wanted to know more about my people. I imagined them sitting down by the river looking over yonder, crying and feeling hopeless. Each time I read that psalm and the book of Hebrews I felt the connection even today.

As far as Black people not knowing where their African ancestors came from. This is different with different Blacks in the western hemisphere. It can depend on how much African culture can be found with different Black groups. The reason most Black-Americans don't know where our African ancestors came from is because we lack direct African cultural influences that can be traced to particular parts of Africa. This is different with Blacks in the Caribbean and Latin America. Those Blacks still have direct African influences that are traceable to certain parts of Africa. Black Haitians are mostly from the Fon and Yoruba people of Benin because of Vodu. Black Cubans are from the Yoruba and Congo because of the Santeria and Palo Mayombe religions. Black Jamaicans are mostly Akan from Ghana. Black Brazilians are mostly Yoruba and Angolan because of the Candomble religion and Capoeria martial art from Angola.

Judah - Hebrew Igbo (lgbo tribe in Nigeria= Hebrew Isrealites) >>>> lt wasn't Africans selling other Africans it was Africans selling lsrealites. From the
      book: Babylon to Timbuktu
During the period from Pompey to Julius, it has been estimated that over 1,000,000 Jews fled into Africa, fleeing from Roman persecution and slavery. The slave markets were full of black Jewish slaves.

True , it's because African American are not interested in their history the prefer the slave masters history, when do you hear an African American say I'm visiting africa, instead the will say om going to Italy London Paris. there is an African proverb thats say if you don't know were you came fr you will never know your destination.

    • @DJCole34
      @DJCole34 5 лет назад +3

tapsiru saccoh so true. I’m african American but I want to visit countries like India, Israel, Machu Picchu Peru, Mali, Togo, Sudan, Ethiopia, Egypt, Madagascar, Papuan New Guinea, the Andaman, Figi, and Solomon Islands.. also Coasta Rica, Cuba and South Africa. There’s a lot of places I’d like to go but I want to work with reptiles, particularly cobras.. so my destinations would be places I can learn about the traditional medicines and serums. My final destination will hopefully be farming in Africa. Actually when african Americans travel its usually business related. I hardly ever here of my family traveling for leisure. Although my father has military affiliation and my brother travel a lot lately with family. I think we are the only ones in my family with passports.
I’ve only been to the West Indies and the furthest out I think is like st croix. My next trip I want to be a one way flight from Babylon.

No matter your denominational affiliations it should be a personal rule to look, listen, and learn. All lies have some truth in them. They have too because that's the hook. The part that allows you to say to yourself well I know that to be true and although I don't know about the rest. I'll accept it because I know and trust this one part. Understanding who you are and where you come from are fundamentals. Understanding complete opposites when making a comparison to make a proper judgment of something or someone is always necessary. And I thank my creator for teaching me to love all women, but giving me the ability to have a special place in my heart for my sister's especially my dark and lovely sisters. Who are and always will be imitated. They say to imitate is the highest form of flattery. We are behind enemy lines and mis-education runs deep. But never stop learning to give out of love and with love.

Very deep. It is sad that there is so much lost & still being lost even with the advancements of today.
Being born & raised in Kenya I am grateful for much. Traveling has opened my eyes. We resisted colonialism where we lived even though the country was colonized.
There was that disruption of oral traditions which I how history was passed down. Many men died too fighting for freedom.
Many ask people to forget & move on. It is not any different than asking America to forget independence & just move on. Asking the Jews to forget & move on or hear Germans saying its not them that did it to them. It is deeper than a one solve all.
