- Today, I’m sharing a few tips to help you care for your edges or grow your edges back if you’re experiencing problems with that and these are methods are personally use when caring for mine!
I do this about 2 or 3 days a week and like to use my Ayurvedic herbal oil for stimulating growth, which has a combination of various oils and herbs which are great for healthy hair and growth.

@@HealthyAfroHair i hope so but 4yrs postpartum and yet no much of a sign of it growing fully. Some areas has bald patch of smooth skin as if the follicles there are dead. I also lost eyebrows, it seems my baby wanted most of my hair. Lol😆🤣😂
Wow...your baby is 4 years already! 😳 Didn’t realise it was that long. I’ve not known that to be happen before. I’m sure you’ve already done it, but if not, you should see a trichologist.
@@HealthyAfroHair yes little baba is 4 now. Funny enough i haven't actually seen a trichologist. I saw my Gp and you know how they are, send you for blood work and everything come back ok. Then they think nothing is wrong with you. After the lockdown, i will definitely look into seeing a trichologist. Thanks for d suggestion.

I use vicks on my edges every other day, my edges are thickening, l’ve always had thin edges but lm quite surprised, l cleanse my edges everytime l apply vicks on edges

This makes perfect sense & im surprised I haven’t heard of it thought of this before. As I was listening to the oil mixture in the vid I thought “some peppermint would encourage blood flow too!” & Vicks gives the same sensation as the mint. I’ll be trying this in my routine switch up!
Just to say I spoke to a hair transplants company about this and they mentioned the amount of patients they have seen who have tried vicks on their edges who have come in to then have a hair transplant as it can damage the follicles . Just thought I would share what I’ve learnt

Yes, give it try! There’s lots of different ones so have a good look around!
Its actually a shampoo brush. I have thay exact one I’ve only used once on my wash day and it DEFINITELY works. Itchy, hard to clean scalp was a big thing for me bc of how thick my hair is (even when parted), but it got down to my scalp really good and I’ve only felt a itchiness from before getting it on day 7.

I found some MSM powder on Amazon. Do you drink it as well as add it to your hair oil?
Yes you can drink it as well, but I’d recommend trying either one first, just to see how your body reacts to it. I’ve never taken it internally, so definitely look into the correct amounts to take.
