I'm doing this series this season, and I really struggle with the braking in this car. Especially on this track in the downhill twisty section. You seem to have it sorted out, though. Well done!
try to dillute your braking zones, make them last longer, brake a bit lighter after mid braking. Most of the time i brake around 65% at first not more, very often i brake 50% even. this car is 1023kg/2200lbs, brake the less you can to carry momentum and avoid damaging your front tires. Also shift at the first red bar!
@@DavidMassieux Thanks! I had wondered if maybe the Clio produced more torque lower in the rev range. I noticed on Thruxton Circuit earlier in the season that I would gain time if I short-shifted from 4th to 5th. I'll give it a try tonight and see how it goes.
