It’s not British, it’s not African, it’s not korean, or Japanese. They’re literally just saying “This home is not a French palace, it kind of looks like a one though, because it doesn’t look like anything else we know.”

Very cheap compared to houses in Korea. With $13 mil, you only get a 5,000 sq feet apartment in Seoul.
To be fair, land in that area of California isnt too expensive. Now, If you wanted to spend 13 million in Manhattan, you'd probably only get, at most, 3500 square ft apartment.
You could never get anything like that I'm Hawaii, look how much it cost to live on Oahu, grass shacks are like a million here
