I started watching this "episode" with interest, when half through I quit, frustrated by this woman that interrupted Gundry with dumb observations that didn't add one bit to the conversation. This brings a question to my mind: why cannot famous persons with important messages do their own shows instead of having to be "interviewed" by worthless hosts? Dr. Gundry makes many shows where he directly addresses the viewer. Why did he need to be interviewed by this "keri Glassman"?
Interesting! I wonder if, after decades of wicked diet, the intestinal microbiome would change positively when a sustained "healthy" diet is introduced and without having to reseed the microbiome with a fecal transplant or a pill?
