All of us experienced losses at some point in our life and suffered pain. We lose some things we own, jobs that give us pride; death of a love-one, losing a still unborn baby, friendships that brings us laughter and joyous tears, relationship with someone whom we thought we could spend the rest of our life with.
In some of these losses, pain starts when we learn that we are about to lose it. We try to hold on, and this holding-on is what I consider the hardest moment. This is the moment when we cannot hear even the sincerest encouragement of our friends and love-ones. All we know is it is so painful we just can't let go.
During this moment though, it is re-assuring to know that we are being held tightly and is being sustained by a God who holds the universe, no matter how dark it is, be assured that He is holding us and will never let us go. Be still and know He's in control.
I love 33 Miles' music. When I first got this CD. I was not crazy about it. They sound different than their other CDs and in concert. The CD started to grow on me. Now I love it. This is my favorite song on the CD. I went through a really hard time right after I bought this CD. I would listen to this song over and over. I could hear my Savior singing this to me. Praise God, no matter how our world gets turned up side down; He does not sleep. Thank you Daddy for holding me tight!
I love this song, I know god is always with me. Ill never forget the first time I heard this song it was on my christan radio 96.9 kvmv (in case anyone wants to listen) well I was going through a rough time I was driving home late at night around 1am and as soon as I turned on the radio this song started playing and I couldn't believe it I just started crying and thanking god and knowing he's never going to forget me was so comforting ill never forget that moment. Love this song
The first day I saw this video was the day my father committed suicide when I was 13. My friend sent me the link to this video. God works in mysterious ways right? "I know it seems like this could be the darkest day you've known." That was by far the darkest day I have ever been through! I was already a christian, but this helped me get through those first nights, and still does now! Thank you Lord!

I listened to this song when my doctor told me I had cancer.. It got me through a lot.
This song is so special to me. When I was saved over a year ago, it was the first song that really spoke to me. It's helped get me past some really rough times, by just reminding me that the Father loves me and will protect me. No matter what happens, He is holding me.
I understood that I have to be still many situations and let God work.Awesome song!

And if u have asked 4 His forgiveness, He has forgiven u - don't let ur feelings & doubts tell u otherwise; & if they do, knock them down with the word of God. Our faith won't grow overnight, but we need to say to ourselves again & again (a lot) what God says about us until we really believe them. Thank u 4 sharing ur struggles; know that none of us God's children r perfect & that's the whole idea. Being a Christian means being flawed but having a perfect, faithful, gracious God. Praise b 2 Him!

Well I had a friend come to me and tell me that God told him my family was going to be saved. Before he had approached me, that is the subject I was praying about at that moment. Not only that, but I also see the fruit of what God is doing in my family. I can see God is stirring in their hearts whether they realize it or not. I just believe it. I keep on praying and telling others to pray as well.

This song helped me 2 times already! A few years ago, I had a nightmare. I was too scared to fall asleep and this song came on the radio! I then fell asleep with a good dream, knowing that God is always there. The second time 11/1/2015 my cat died and I was really sad. Listening to this song made me realize that everything happens for a reason. Also, that my cat is in a better place.

The doctrine of God's sovereignty either draws people closer to God or is the last straw for people who want to leave Him. It is where the rubber meets the road, if you will. Getting mad at God because he is in control and didn't do anything to prevent some circumstance, that anger at God will give you a certain energy that honestly will help you to face life for a while, but that cynical energy is perverse in that it tears you down. The only way healing comes by making peace with God.
last week i discovered that i was trusting in my changing of life, to be saved... Know, i understand that i just have to trust in Jesus. And i acepted Him. Now i want Him to be my best friend, and live for Him. God my us with a purpose. I want to live the life that God has to me. Im 16 and my family does not belive in Jesus, just one of my sisters. i belived in the word of God about 10 months ago. I cannot give up of praying for my family. JESUS, YOU CAN DO WHAT I CAN'T. i have to trust.

I know what u mean. Lately I've been frustrated by my own weaknesses, mostly either due 2 feelings & thoughts that juse weary me down. It "is" hard, but this is my comfort & I pray it will be urs too: struggle is a sign of being alive - spiritually. We struggle because our spirit no longer listens to the flesh; the 2 is at odds. Also, know that feelings lie - they do not tell the truth about who u are to God. Read God's word, find out what He says about u and say it out loud 2 urself; He loves u

i went to this bands concert before for johnson ferry baptist church retreat in tennessee. There so good i have there drum sticks and a poster.

Also do not be frustrated at ur weaknesses, 4 God said "My grace is sufficient 4 u and My power is made perfect in weaknesses." Trust in Him 2 work out His will in ur life in spite of ur weaknesses - 4 He sees ur desire to please Him. Satan wants us to be self-conscious, but let's be God-conscious. Instead of luking at ur weakness, fix ur eyes at God's strength and at what He can do through u, not what u can do. And never give up :) If u don't, sooner or later - God will reward u. B strong :-)

& lastly, know that u are not alone in this struggle. Satan attacks me with the weapon of self-condemnation 2. Right now, I'm learning to accept that I do have flaws but that they don't have to b stumbling stones 2 me; rather they can b stepping stones, drawing me to God's grace and teaching me not to depend upon myself or but rather upon Him. Satan doesn't want this; He knows & cs how much God loves u. So trust in Him to work His will in ur life bcause He will - even now He is! :)

I am 18 now and no one else in my family is saved. I always go to church by myself for almost 3 years now too. Jesus has promised me that my family will be saved and I understand how hard it is for you. Trust God, He is using you to reach out to your family, you are an example and light for them! God understands and He will reward you for your tenacity. I will pray for you that your family's eyes will be opened and that you fall more in love with God everyday. :)
